Surah Anbiya with Urdu & English Translation and Audio - سورۃ الانبیاء

ٱقۡتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِی غَفۡلَةࣲ مُّعۡرِضُونَ

لوگو ں کے حساب کا وقت قریب آ گیا ہے اوروہ غفلت میں پڑ کر منہ پھیرنے والے ہیں

[The time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away.

Iqtaraba linnaasi hisaa buhum wa hum fee ghaflatim mu'ridoon

مَا یَأۡتِیهِم مِّن ذِكۡرࣲ مِّن رَّبِّهِم مُّحۡدَثٍ إِلَّا ٱسۡتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمۡ یَلۡعَبُونَ

ان کے رب کی طرف سمجھانے کے لیے کوئی ایسی نئی بات ان کے پاس نہیں آتی کہ جسے سن کر ہنسی میں نہ ٹال دیتے ہوں

No mention comes to them anew from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are at play

Maa yaateehim min zikrim mir Rabbihim muhdasin illas tama'oohu wa hum yal'aboon

لَاهِیَةࣰ قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ وَأَسَرُّوا۟ ٱلنَّجۡوَى ٱلَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا۟ هَلۡ هَـٰذَاۤ إِلَّا بَشَرࣱ مِّثۡلُكُمۡۖ أَفَتَأۡتُونَ ٱلسِّحۡرَ وَأَنتُمۡ تُبۡصِرُونَ

ان کے دل کھیل میں لگے ہوئے ہیں اور ظالم پوشیدہ سرگوشیاں کرتے ہیں کہ یہ تمہاری طرح ایک انسان ہی تو ہے پھر کیا تم دیدہ دانستہ جادو کی باتیں سنتے جاتے ہو

With their hearts distracted. And those who do wrong conceal their private conversation, [saying], "Is this [Prophet] except a human being like you? So would you approach magic while you are aware [of it]?"

Laahiyatan quloobuhum; wa asarrun najwal lazeena zalamoo hal haazaa illaa basharum mislukum afataa toonas sihra wa antum tubsiroon

قَالَ رَبِّی یَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ فِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِیعُ ٱلۡعَلِیمُ

رسول نے کہا میرا رب آسمان اور زمین کی سب باتیں جانتا ہے اور وہ سننے والا اور جاننے والا ہے

The Prophet said, "My Lord knows whatever is said throughout the heaven and earth, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing."

Qaala Rabbee ya'lamul qawla fis samaaa'i wal ardi wa Huwas Samee'ul Aleem

بَلۡ قَالُوۤا۟ أَضۡغَـٰثُ أَحۡلَـٰمِۭ بَلِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُ بَلۡ هُوَ شَاعِرࣱ فَلۡیَأۡتِنَا بِـَٔایَةࣲ كَمَاۤ أُرۡسِلَ ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ

بلکہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ بیہودہ خواب ہیں بلکہ اس نے جھوٹ بنایا ہے بلکہ وہ شاعر ہے پھر چاہیے کہ ہمارے پاس کوئی نشانی لائے جس طرح پہلے پیغمبر بھیجے گئے تھے

But they say, "[The revelation is but] a mixture of false dreams; rather, he has invented it; rather, he is a poet. So let him bring us a sign just as the previous [messengers] were sent [with miracles]."

Bal qaalooo adghaasu ahlaamim balif taraahu bal huwa shaa'irun falyaatinaa bi Aayatin kamaa ursilal awwaloon

مَاۤ ءَامَنَتۡ قَبۡلَهُم مِّن قَرۡیَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهَاۤۖ أَفَهُمۡ یُؤۡمِنُونَ

ان سے پہلے کوئی بستی ایمان نہیں لائی تھی جسے ہم نے ہلاک کیا کیا اب یہ ایمان لائیں گے

Not a [single] city which We destroyed believed before them, so will they believe?

Maaa aaamanat qablahum min qaryatin ahlaknaahaa a-fahum yu'minoon

وَمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا قَبۡلَكَ إِلَّا رِجَالࣰا نُّوحِیۤ إِلَیۡهِمۡۖ فَسۡـَٔلُوۤا۟ أَهۡلَ ٱلذِّكۡرِ إِن كُنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ

اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے بھی تو آدمیوں ہی کو رسول بنا کر بھیجا تھا ان کی طرف ہم وحی بھیجا کرتے تھے اگر تم نہیں جانتے تو علم والوں سے پوچھ لو

And We sent not before you, [O Muhammad], except men to whom We revealed [the message], so ask the people of the message if you do not know.

Wa maaa arsalnaa qablaka illaa rijaalan nooheee ilaihim fas'aloo ahlaz zikri in kuntum laa ta'lamoon

وَمَا جَعَلۡنَـٰهُمۡ جَسَدࣰا لَّا یَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ خَـٰلِدِینَ

او رہم نے ان کے ایسے بدن بھی نہیں بنائے تھے کہ وہ کھانانہ کھائیں اور نہ وہ ہمیشہ رہنے والے تھے

And We did not make the prophets forms not eating food, nor were they immortal [on earth].

Wa maa ja'alnaahum jasadal laa yaakuloonat ta'aama wa maa kaanoo khaalideen

ثُمَّ صَدَقۡنَـٰهُمُ ٱلۡوَعۡدَ فَأَنجَیۡنَـٰهُمۡ وَمَن نَّشَاۤءُ وَأَهۡلَكۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ

پھر ہم نے ان سے وعدہ سچا کر دیا تب انہیں اور جسے ہم نے چاہا نجات دی اور ہم نے حد سے بڑھنے والوں کوہلاک کر دیا

Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors.

summa sadaqnaa humul wa'da fa-anjainaahum wa man nashaaa'u wa ahlaknal musrifeen

لَقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكُمۡ كِتَـٰبࣰا فِیهِ ذِكۡرُكُمۡۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

البتہ تحقیق ہم نے تمہارے پاس ایک ایسی کتاب بھیجی ہے جس میں تمہاری نصیحت ہے کیا پس تم نہیں سمجھتے

We have certainly sent down to you a Book in which is your mention. Then will you not reason?

Laqad anzalnaaa ilaikum Kitaaban feehi zikrukum afalaa ta'qiloon

وَكَمۡ قَصَمۡنَا مِن قَرۡیَةࣲ كَانَتۡ ظَالِمَةࣰ وَأَنشَأۡنَا بَعۡدَهَا قَوۡمًا ءَاخَرِینَ

اور ہم نے بہت سی بستیوں کو جو ظالم تھیں غارت کر دیا ہے اور ان کے بعد ہم نے اور قومیں پیدا کیں

And how many a city which was unjust have We shattered and produced after it another people.

Wa kam qasamnaa min qaryatin kannat zaalimatanw wa anshadnaa ba'dahaa qawman aakhareen

فَلَمَّاۤ أَحَسُّوا۟ بَأۡسَنَاۤ إِذَا هُم مِّنۡهَا یَرۡكُضُونَ

پھر جب انہوں نے ہمارے عذاب کی آہٹ پائی تو وہ فوراً وہاں سے بھاگنے لگے

And when its inhabitants perceived Our punishment, at once they fled from it.

Falammaaa ahassoo baasanaaa izaaa hum minhaa yarkudoon

لَا تَرۡكُضُوا۟ وَٱرۡجِعُوۤا۟ إِلَىٰ مَاۤ أُتۡرِفۡتُمۡ فِیهِ وَمَسَـٰكِنِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُسۡـَٔلُونَ

مت بھاگو اور لوٹ جاؤ جہاں تم نے عیش کیا تھا اور اپنے گھروں میں جاؤ تاکہ تم سے پوچھا جائے

[Some angels said], "Do not flee but return to where you were given luxury and to your homes - perhaps you will be questioned."

Laa tarkudoo warji'ooo ilaa maaa utriftum feehe wa masaakinikum la'allakum tus'aloon

قَالُوا۟ یَـٰوَیۡلَنَاۤ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِینَ

کہنے لگے ہائے ہماری کم بختی بے شک ہم ہی ظالم تھے

They said, "O woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."

Qaaloo yaa wailanaaa innaa kunnaa zaalimeen

فَمَا زَالَت تِّلۡكَ دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلۡنَـٰهُمۡ حَصِیدًا خَـٰمِدِینَ

سو ان کی یہی پکار رہی یہاں تک کہ ہم نے انہیں ایسا کر دیا جس طرح کھیتی کٹی ہوئی ہو اور وہ بجھ کر رہ گئے

And that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].

Famaa zaalat tilka da'waahum hattaa ja'alnaahum haseedan khaamideen

وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَیۡنَهُمَا لَـٰعِبِینَ

اور ہم نے آسمان اور زمین کو اورجو کچھ ان کے بیچ میں ہے کھیلتے ہوئے نہیں بنایا

And We did not create the heaven and earth and that between them in play.

Wa maa khalaqnas samaaa'a wal arda wa maa bainahumaa laa'ibeen

لَوۡ أَرَدۡنَاۤ أَن نَّتَّخِذَ لَهۡوࣰا لَّٱتَّخَذۡنَـٰهُ مِن لَّدُنَّاۤ إِن كُنَّا فَـٰعِلِینَ

اور اگر ہم کھیل ہی بنانا چاہتے تو اپنے پا س کی چیزوں کو بناتے اگر ہمیں یہی کرنا ہوتا

Had We intended to take a diversion, We could have taken it from [what is] with Us - if [indeed] We were to do so.

Law aradnaaa an nattakhiza lahwal lat takhaznaahu mil ladunnaaa in kunnaa faa'ileen

بَلۡ نَقۡذِفُ بِٱلۡحَقِّ عَلَى ٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ فَیَدۡمَغُهُۥ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقࣱۚ وَلَكُمُ ٱلۡوَیۡلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ

بلکہ ہم حق کو باطل پر پھینک مارتے ہیں پھر وہ باطل کا سر توڑ دیتا ہے پھر وہ مٹنے والا ہوتا ہے او رتم پر افسوس ہے ان باتوں سے جو تم بناتے ہو

Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs. And for you is destruction from that which you describe.

Bal naqzifu bilhaqqi 'alal baatili fa yadmaghuhoo fa izaa huwa zaahiq; wa lakumul wailu mimmaa tasifoon

وَلَهُۥ مَن فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَمَنۡ عِندَهُۥ لَا یَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَلَا یَسۡتَحۡسِرُونَ

اور اسی کا ہے جو کوئي آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے اور جو اس کے ہاں ہیں اس کی عبادت سے سرکشی نہیں کرتےاور نہ تھکتے ہیں

To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those near Him are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, nor do they tire.

Wa lahoo man fis samaawaati wal ard; wa man 'indahoo laa yastakbiroona 'an 'ibaada tihee wa laa yastahsiroon

یُسَبِّحُونَ ٱلَّیۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ لَا یَفۡتُرُونَ

رات اور دن تسبیح کرتے ہیں سستی نہیں کرتے

They exalt [Him] night and day [and] do not slacken.

Yusabbihoona laila wannahaara laa yafturoon

أَمِ ٱتَّخَذُوۤا۟ ءَالِهَةࣰ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ هُمۡ یُنشِرُونَ

کیاانہوں نے زمین کی چیزوں سے ایسے معبود بنا رکھے ہیں جو زندہ کریں گے

Or have men taken for themselves gods from the earth who resurrect [the dead]?

Amit takhazooo aalihatam minal ardi hum yunshiroon

لَوۡ كَانَ فِیهِمَاۤ ءَالِهَةٌ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَاۚ فَسُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ عَمَّا یَصِفُونَ

اگر ان دونوں میں الله کے سوا اور معبود ہوتے تو دونوں خراب ہو جاتے سو الله عرش کا مالک ان باتوں سے پاک ہے جو یہ بیان کرتے ہیں

Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah, they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

Law kaana feehimaaa aalihatun illal laahu lafasadataa; fa-Subhaanal laahi Rabbil 'Arshi 'ammaa yasifoon

لَا یُسۡـَٔلُ عَمَّا یَفۡعَلُ وَهُمۡ یُسۡـَٔلُونَ

جو کچھ وہ کرتاہے اس سے پوچھا نہیں جاتا اور وہ پوچھے جاتے ہیں

He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.

Laa yus'alu 'ammaa yaf'alu wa hum yus'aloon

أَمِ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦۤ ءَالِهَةࣰۖ قُلۡ هَاتُوا۟ بُرۡهَـٰنَكُمۡۖ هَـٰذَا ذِكۡرُ مَن مَّعِیَ وَذِكۡرُ مَن قَبۡلِیۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا یَعۡلَمُونَ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ فَهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

کیا انہوں نے اس کے سوا اور بھی معبود بنا رکھے ہیں کہہ دو اپنی دلیل لاؤ یہ میرے ساتھ والو ں کی کتاب اور مجھ سے پہلے لوگوں کی کتابیں موجود ہیں بلکہ اکثران میں سے حق جانتے ہی نہیں اس لیے منہ پھیرے ہوئے ہیں

Or have they taken gods besides Him? Say, [O Muhammad], "Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me." But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.

Amit takhazoo min doonihee aalihatan qul haatoo burhaanakum haaza zikru mam ma'iya wa zikru man qablee; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoonal haqqa fahum mu'ridoon

وَمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا نُوحِیۤ إِلَیۡهِ أَنَّهُۥ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّاۤ أَنَا۠ فَٱعۡبُدُونِ

اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے ایسا کوئی رسول نہیں بھیجا جس کی طرف یہ وحی نہ کی ہو کہ میرے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں سومیری ہی عبادت کرو

And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me."

Wa maaa arsalnaa min qablika mir Rasoolin illaa nooheee ilaihi annahoo laaa ilaaha illaaa Ana fa'budoon

وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ وَلَدࣰاۗ سُبۡحَـٰنَهُۥۚ بَلۡ عِبَادࣱ مُّكۡرَمُونَ

اور کہتے ہیں کہ الله نے اولاد بنا رکھی ہے وہ پاک ہے لیکن وہ معزز بندے ہیں

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants.

Wa qaalut takhazar Rahmaanu waladan Subhaanah; bal 'ibaadum mkkramoon

لَا یَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ یَعۡمَلُونَ

بات کرنے میں اس سے پیش قدمی نہیں کرتے اور وہ اسی کے حکم پر کام کرتے ہیں

They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.

Laa yasbiqoonahoo bil qawli wa hum bi amrihee ya'maloon

یَعۡلَمُ مَا بَیۡنَ أَیۡدِیهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡ وَلَا یَشۡفَعُونَ إِلَّا لِمَنِ ٱرۡتَضَىٰ وَهُم مِّنۡ خَشۡیَتِهِۦ مُشۡفِقُونَ

وہ جانتا ہے جو ان کے آگے اور جو ان کے پیچھے ہے اور وہ شفاعت بھی نہیں کرتے مگر اسی کے لیے جس سے وہ خوش ہو اور وہ اس کی ہیبت سے ڈرتے ہیں

He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive.

Ya'lamu maa baina aideehim wa maa khalfahum wa laa yashfa'oona illaa limanir tadaa wa hum min khash yatihee mushfiqoon

۞ وَمَن یَقُلۡ مِنۡهُمۡ إِنِّیۤ إِلَـٰهࣱ مِّن دُونِهِۦ فَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ نَجۡزِیهِ جَهَنَّمَۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ

اورجو کوئی ان میں سے یہ کہے کہ بے شک میں اس کے سوا خدا ہوں تو اسی پر ہم اسے جہنم کی سزاد یں گے ہم اسی طرح ظالموں کو سزا دیا کرتے ہیں

And whoever of them should say, "Indeed, I am a god besides Him"- that one We would recompense with Hell. Thus do We recompense the wrongdoers.

Wa mai yaqul minhum inneee ilaahum min doonihee fazaalika najzeehi Jahannam; kazaalika najziz zaalimeen

أَوَلَمۡ یَرَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوۤا۟ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ كَانَتَا رَتۡقࣰا فَفَتَقۡنَـٰهُمَاۖ وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلۡمَاۤءِ كُلَّ شَیۡءٍ حَیٍّۚ أَفَلَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ

کیا منکروں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ آسمان اور زمین جڑے ہوئے تھے پھر ہم نے انھیں جدا جدا کر دیا اورہم نے ہر جاندار چیز کو پانی سے بنایا کیا پھر بھی یقین نہیں کرتے

Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?

Awalam yaral lazeena kafarooo annas samaawaati wal arda kaanataa ratqan faftaqnaahumaa wa ja'alnaa minal maaa'i kulla shai'in haiyin afalaa yu'minoon

وَجَعَلۡنَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ رَوَ ٰ⁠سِیَ أَن تَمِیدَ بِهِمۡ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِیهَا فِجَاجࣰا سُبُلࣰا لَّعَلَّهُمۡ یَهۡتَدُونَ

اورہم نے زمین میں بھاری پہاڑ رکھ دیئے تاکہ انہیں لے کر داھر اُدھر نہ جھکنے پائے اور ہم نے اس میں کشادہ راہیں بنا دی ہیں تاکہ وہ راہ پائیں

And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with them, and We made therein [mountain] passes [as] roads that they might be guided.

Wa ja'alnaa fil ardi rawaasiya an tameeda bihim wa ja'alnaa feehaa fijaajan subulal la'allahum yahtadoon

وَجَعَلۡنَا ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ سَقۡفࣰا مَّحۡفُوظࣰاۖ وَهُمۡ عَنۡ ءَایَـٰتِهَا مُعۡرِضُونَ

اور ہم نے آسمان کو ایک محفوظ چھت بنا دیا اور وہ آسمان کی نشانیوں سے منہ موڑنے واے ہیں

And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they, from its signs, are turning away.

Wa ja'alnas samaaa'a saqfam mahfoozanw wa hum 'an Aayaatihaa mu'ridoon

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلَّیۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ وَٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلࣱّ فِی فَلَكࣲ یَسۡبَحُونَ

اور وہی ہے جس نے رات اور دن اور سورج اور چاند بنائے سب اپنے اپنے چکر میں پھرتے ہیں

And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.

Wa Huwal lazee khalaqal laila wannahaara washshamsa wal qamara kullun fee falakiny yashbahoon

وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا لِبَشَرࣲ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ ٱلۡخُلۡدَۖ أَفَإِی۟ن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ ٱلۡخَـٰلِدُونَ

اور ہم نے تجھ سے پہلے کسی آدمی کو ہمیشہ کے لیے زندہ رہنے نہیں دیا پھر کیا اگر تو مر گیا تو وہ رہ جائیں گے

And We did not grant to any man before you eternity [on earth]; so if you die - would they be eternal?

Wa maa ja'alnaa libasharim min qablikal khuld; afaimmitta fahumul khaalidoon

كُلُّ نَفۡسࣲ ذَاۤىِٕقَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۗ وَنَبۡلُوكُم بِٱلشَّرِّ وَٱلۡخَیۡرِ فِتۡنَةࣰۖ وَإِلَیۡنَا تُرۡجَعُونَ

ہر ایک جاندار موت کا مزہ چکھنے والا ہے اور ہم تمہیں برائی اوربھلائی سے آزمانے کے لیے جانچتے ہیں اورہماری طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے

Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.

Kullu nafsin zaaa'iqatul mawt; wa nablookum bishsharri walkhairi fitnatanw wa ilainaa turja'oon

وَإِذَا رَءَاكَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوۤا۟ إِن یَتَّخِذُونَكَ إِلَّا هُزُوًا أَهَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی یَذۡكُرُ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ وَهُم بِذِكۡرِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ هُمۡ كَـٰفِرُونَ

اور جہاں تمہیں کافر دیکھتے ہیں تو انہیں تجھ سے سوائے ٹھٹھا کرنے کے اور کوئی کام نہیں کیا یہی شخص ہے جو تمہارے معبودوں کا نام لیتا ہے اور وہ رحمان کے نام سے منکر ہیں

And when those who disbelieve see you, [O Muhammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], "Is this the one who insults your gods?" And they are, at the mention of the Most Merciful, disbelievers.

Wa izaa ra aakal lazeena kafarooo iny-yattakhizoonaka illa huzuwaa; ahaazal lazee yazkuru aalihatakum wa hum bi zikrir Rahmaani hum kaafiroon

خُلِقَ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ مِنۡ عَجَلࣲۚ سَأُو۟رِیكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتِی فَلَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونِ

آدمی جلد باز بنایا گیا ہے میں تمہیں اپنی نشانیاں ابھی دکھاتا ہوں سو جلدی مت کرو

Man was created of haste. I will show you My signs, so do not impatiently urge Me.

Khuliqal insaanu min 'ajal; sa ureekum Aayaatee falaa tasta'jiloon

وَیَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ

ور کہتے ہیں یہ وعدہ کب ہوگا اگر تم سچے ہو

And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"

Wa yaqooloona mataa haazal wa'du in kuntum saadiqeen

لَوۡ یَعۡلَمُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ حِینَ لَا یَكُفُّونَ عَن وُجُوهِهِمُ ٱلنَّارَ وَلَا عَن ظُهُورِهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ یُنصَرُونَ

کاش یہ منکر اس وقت کو جان لیں کہ اپنے مونہوں اوراپنی پیٹھوں سے آگ کو روک نہیں سکیں گے اور نہ وہ مدد کیے جائیں گے

If those who disbelieved but knew the time when they will not avert the Fire from their faces or from their backs and they will not be aided...

Law ya'lamul lazeena kafaroo heena laa yakuffoona 'anw wujoohihimun Naara wa laa 'an zuhoorihim wa laa hum yunsaroon

بَلۡ تَأۡتِیهِم بَغۡتَةࣰ فَتَبۡهَتُهُمۡ فَلَا یَسۡتَطِیعُونَ رَدَّهَا وَلَا هُمۡ یُنظَرُونَ

بلکہ وہ ان پر ناگہان آئے گی پھر وہ ان کے ہوش کھو دے گی پھر نہ اسے ٹال سکیں گے اورنہ انہیں مہلت دی جائے گی

Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.

Bal taateehim baghtatan fatabhatuhum falaa yastatee'oona raddahaa wa laa hum yunzaroon

وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلࣲ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِینَ سَخِرُوا۟ مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ یَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

اور تجھ سے پہلے بھی رسولوں کے ساتھ ٹھٹھا کیا گیا ہے پھر جس عذاب کی بابت وہ ہنسی کیا کرتے تھے ان ٹھٹھا کرنے والوں پر وہی آ پڑا

And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.

Wa laqadis tuhzi'a bi-Rusulim min qablika fahaaqa billazeena sakhiroo minhum maa kaanoo bihee yastahzi'oon

قُلۡ مَن یَكۡلَؤُكُم بِٱلَّیۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ مِنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ رَبِّهِم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

کہہ دو تمہاری رات اور دن میں رحمان سے کون نگہبانی کرتا ہے بلکہ وہ اپنے رب کے ذکر سے منہ موڑنے والے ہیں

Say, "Who can protect you at night or by day from the Most Merciful?" But they are, from the remembrance of their Lord, turning away.

Qul mai yakla 'ukum billaili wannahaari minar Rahmaan; bal hum 'an zikri Rabbihim mu'ridoon

أَمۡ لَهُمۡ ءَالِهَةࣱ تَمۡنَعُهُم مِّن دُونِنَاۚ لَا یَسۡتَطِیعُونَ نَصۡرَ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَلَا هُم مِّنَّا یُصۡحَبُونَ

کیا ہم سے ان کےمعبود انہیں بچائے رکھتے ہیں وہ تو خود اپنی بھی مدد نہیں کر سکتے اورنہ ہمارے مقابلہ میں ان کا کوئی ساتھ دے گا

Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.

Am lahum aalihatun tamna'ulum min dooninaa; laa yastatee'oona nasra anfusihim wa laa hum minnna yus-haboon

بَلۡ مَتَّعۡنَا هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ وَءَابَاۤءَهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ طَالَ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡعُمُرُۗ أَفَلَا یَرَوۡنَ أَنَّا نَأۡتِی ٱلۡأَرۡضَ نَنقُصُهَا مِنۡ أَطۡرَافِهَاۤۚ أَفَهُمُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبُونَ

بلکہ ہم نے ان کو اور ان کے باپ دادا کو خوب سامان دیا یہاں تک کہ ان پر ایک عرصہ دراز گزر گیا کیا وہ یہ نہیں دیکھتے کہ بے شک ہم زمین کو ہر طرف سے گھٹاتے چلے جاتے ہیں سو کیا یہ لوگ غالب آنے والے ہیں

But, [on the contrary], We have provided good things for these [disbelievers] and their fathers until life was prolonged for them. Then do they not see that We set upon the land, reducing it from its borders? So it is they who will overcome?

Bal matta'naa haaa'ulaaa'i wa aabaaa'ahum hattaa taala 'alaihimul 'umur; afalaa yarawna anna naatil arda nanqusuhaa min atraafihaa; afahumul ghaaliboon

قُلۡ إِنَّمَاۤ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلۡوَحۡیِۚ وَلَا یَسۡمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَاۤءَ إِذَا مَا یُنذَرُونَ

کہہ دو کہ میں تو صرف وحی کے ذریعہ سے تمہیں ڈراتا ہوں اور یہ بہرے جس وقت ڈرائے جاتے ہیں سنتے ہی نہیں

Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.

Qul innamaaa unzirukum bilwahyi; wa laa yasma'us summud du'aaa'a izaa maa yunzaroon

وَلَىِٕن مَّسَّتۡهُمۡ نَفۡحَةࣱ مِّنۡ عَذَابِ رَبِّكَ لَیَقُولُنَّ یَـٰوَیۡلَنَاۤ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِینَ

اور البتہ اگر انہیں تیرے رب کا عذاب کا ایک جھونکا بھی لگ جائے تو ضرور کہیں گے کہ ہائے ہماری کم بختی بے شک ہم ظالم تھے

And if [as much as] a whiff of the punishment of your Lord should touch them, they would surely say, "O woe to us! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers."

Wa la'im massat hum nafhatum min 'azaabi Rabbika la yaqoolunna yaawailanaaa innnaa kunnaa zaalimeen

وَنَضَعُ ٱلۡمَوَ ٰ⁠زِینَ ٱلۡقِسۡطَ لِیَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ فَلَا تُظۡلَمُ نَفۡسࣱ شَیۡـࣰٔاۖ وَإِن كَانَ مِثۡقَالَ حَبَّةࣲ مِّنۡ خَرۡدَلٍ أَتَیۡنَا بِهَاۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِنَا حَـٰسِبِینَ

اور قیامت کے دن ہم انصاف کی ترازو قائم کریں گے پھرکسی پر کچھ ظلم نہ کیا جائے گا اور اگر رائی کے دانہ کے برابر بھی عمل ہو گا تو اسے بھی ہم لے آئیں گے اور ہم ہی حساب لینے کے لیے کافی ہیں

And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

Wa nada'ul mawaazeenal qista li Yawmil Qiyaamati falaa tuzlamu nafsun shai'aa; wa in kaana misqaala habbatim min khardalin atainaa bihaa; wa kafaa binaa haasibeen

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَیۡنَا مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ ٱلۡفُرۡقَانَ وَضِیَاۤءࣰ وَذِكۡرࣰا لِّلۡمُتَّقِینَ

اور البتہ تحقیق ہم نے موسیٰ اور ہارون کو فیصلہ کرنے والی اور روشنی دینے والی اور پرہیز گاروں کو نصیحت کرنے والی کتاب دی تھی

And We had already given Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous

Wa laqad aatainaa Moosa wa haaroonal Furqaana wa diyaa'anw wa zikral lilmuttaqeen

ٱلَّذِینَ یَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَیۡبِ وَهُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّاعَةِ مُشۡفِقُونَ

جو اپنے رب سے بن دیکھے ڈرتے ہیں اور قیامت کا بھی خوف رکھنے والے ہیں

Who fear their Lord unseen, while they are of the Hour apprehensive.

Allazeena yakhshawna Rabbahum bilghaibi wa hum minas Saa'ati mushfiqoon

وَهَـٰذَا ذِكۡرࣱ مُّبَارَكٌ أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُۚ أَفَأَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ مُنكِرُونَ

اور یہ ایک مبارک نصیحت ہے جسے ہم نازل کیاہے پھر کیا تم اس کے بھی منکر ہو

And this [Qur'an] is a blessed message which We have sent down. Then are you with it unacquainted?

Wa haazaa Zikrum Mubaarakun anzalnaah; afa antum lahoo munkiroon

۞ وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَیۡنَاۤ إِبۡرَ ٰ⁠هِیمَ رُشۡدَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُ وَكُنَّا بِهِۦ عَـٰلِمِینَ

اور ہم نے پہلے ہی سے ابراھیم کو اس کی صلاحیت عطا کی تھی اور ہم اس سے واقف تھے

And We had certainly given Abraham his sound judgement before, and We were of him well-Knowing

Wa laqad aatainaaa Ibraaheema rushdahoo min qablu wa kunnaa bihee 'aalimeen

إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِیهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَا هَـٰذِهِ ٱلتَّمَاثِیلُ ٱلَّتِیۤ أَنتُمۡ لَهَا عَـٰكِفُونَ

جب اس نے اپنے باپ اور اپنی قوم سے کہا کہ یہ کیسی مورتیں ہیں جن پر تم مجاور بنے بیٹھے ہو

When he said to his father and his people, "What are these statues to which you are devoted?"

Iz qaala li abeehi wa qawmihee maa haazihit tamaaseelul lateee antum lahee 'aakifoon

قَالُوا۟ وَجَدۡنَاۤ ءَابَاۤءَنَا لَهَا عَـٰبِدِینَ

انہوں نے کہا ہم نے اپنے باپ دااد کو انہیں کی پوجا کرتے پایا ہے

They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them."

Qaaloo wajadnaaa aabaaa'anaa lahaa 'aabideen

قَالَ لَقَدۡ كُنتُمۡ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَاۤؤُكُمۡ فِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ مُّبِینࣲ

کہا البتہ تحقیق تم اور تمہارے باپ دادا صریح گمراہی میں رہے ہو

He said, "You were certainly, you and your fathers, in manifest error."

Qaala laqad kuntum antum wa aabaaa'ukum fee dalaalim mubeen

قَالُوۤا۟ أَجِئۡتَنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ أَمۡ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱللَّـٰعِبِینَ

انھوں نے کہا کیا تو ہمارے پاس سچی بات لایا ہے یا تو دل لگی کرتا ہے

They said, "Have you come to us with truth, or are you of those who jest?"

Qaalooo aji'tanaa bil haqqi am anta minal laa'ibeen

قَالَ بَل رَّبُّكُمۡ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلَّذِی فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا۠ عَلَىٰ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِینَ

کہا بلکہ تمہارا رب تو آسمانوں اور زمین کا رب ہے جس نے انہیں بنایا ہے اور میں اسی بات کا قائل ہوں

He said, "[No], rather, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth who created them, and I, to that, am of those who testify.

Qaala bar Rabbukum Rabbus samaawaati wal ardil lazee fatarahunna wa ana 'alaa zaalikum minash shaahideen

وَتَٱللَّهِ لَأَكِیدَنَّ أَصۡنَـٰمَكُم بَعۡدَ أَن تُوَلُّوا۟ مُدۡبِرِینَ

اور الله کی قسم میں تمہارے بتوں کا علاج کروں گا جب تم پیٹھ پھیر کر جا چکو گے

And [I swear] by Allah, I will surely plan against your idols after you have turned and gone away."

Wa tallaahi la akeedanna asnaamakum ba'da an tuwalloo mudbireen

فَجَعَلَهُمۡ جُذَ ٰ⁠ذًا إِلَّا كَبِیرࣰا لَّهُمۡ لَعَلَّهُمۡ إِلَیۡهِ یَرۡجِعُونَ

پھر ان کے بڑے کے سوا سب کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر دیا تاکہ اس کی طرف رجوع کریں

So he made them into fragments, except a large one among them, that they might return to it [and question].

Faja'alahum juzaazan illaa kabeeral lahum la'allahum ilaihi yarji'oon

قَالُوا۟ مَن فَعَلَ هَـٰذَا بِـَٔالِهَتِنَاۤ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ

انہوں نے کہا ہمارے معبودوں کے ساتھ کس نے یہ کیا ہے بے شک وہ ظالموں میں سے ہے

They said, "Who has done this to our gods? Indeed, he is of the wrongdoers."

Qaaloo man fa'ala haazaa bi aalihatinaaa innahoo laminaz zaalimeen

قَالُوا۟ سَمِعۡنَا فَتࣰى یَذۡكُرُهُمۡ یُقَالُ لَهُۥۤ إِبۡرَ ٰ⁠هِیمُ

انہو ں نے کہا ہم نے سنا ہے کہ ایک جو ان بتوں کو کچھ کہا کرتا ہے اسے ابراھیم کہتے ہیں

They said, "We heard a young man mention them who is called Abraham."

Qaaloo sami'naa fatany yazkuruhum yuqaalu lahooo Ibraaheem

قَالُوا۟ فَأۡتُوا۟ بِهِۦ عَلَىٰۤ أَعۡیُنِ ٱلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَشۡهَدُونَ

کہنے لگے اسے لوگوں کے سامنے لے آؤ تاکہ وہ دیکھیں

They said, "Then bring him before the eyes of the people that they may testify."

Qaaloo faatoo bihee 'alaaa a'yunin naasi la'allahum yash hadoon

قَالُوۤا۟ ءَأَنتَ فَعَلۡتَ هَـٰذَا بِـَٔالِهَتِنَا یَـٰۤإِبۡرَ ٰ⁠هِیمُ

کہنے لگے اے ابراھیم کیا تو نے ہمارے معبودوں کے ساتھ یہ کیا ہے

They said, "Have you done this to our gods, O Abraham?"

Qaalooo 'a-anta fa'alta haazaa bi aalihatinaa yaaa Ibraaheem

قَالَ بَلۡ فَعَلَهُۥ كَبِیرُهُمۡ هَـٰذَا فَسۡـَٔلُوهُمۡ إِن كَانُوا۟ یَنطِقُونَ

کہا بلکہ ان کے اس بڑے نے یہ کیا ہے سو ان سے پوچھ لو اگر وہ بولتے ہیں

He said, "Rather, this - the largest of them - did it, so ask them, if they should [be able to] speak."

Qaala bal fa'alahoo kabeeruhum haazaa fas'aloohum in kaanoo yantiqoon

فَرَجَعُوۤا۟ إِلَىٰۤ أَنفُسِهِمۡ فَقَالُوۤا۟ إِنَّكُمۡ أَنتُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

پھر وہ اپنے دل میں سوچ کر کہنے لگے بے شک تم ہی بے انصاف ہو

So they returned to [blaming] themselves and said [to each other], "Indeed, you are the wrongdoers."

Faraja'ooo ilaaa anfusihim faqaalooo innakum antumuz zaalimoon

ثُمَّ نُكِسُوا۟ عَلَىٰ رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتَ مَا هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ یَنطِقُونَ

پھر انہو ں نے سر نیچا کر کے کہا تو جانتا ہے کہ یہ بولا نہیں کرتے

Then they reversed themselves, [saying], "You have already known that these do not speak!"

Summa nukisoo 'alaa ru'oosihim laqad 'alimta maa haaa'ulaaa'i yantiqoon

قَالَ أَفَتَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا یَنفَعُكُمۡ شَیۡـࣰٔا وَلَا یَضُرُّكُمۡ

کہا پھر کیا تم الله کے سوا اس چیز کی پوجا کرتے ہو جو نہ تمہیں نفع دے سکےاور نہ نقصان پہنچا سکے

He said, "Then do you worship instead of Allah that which does not benefit you at all or harm you?

Qaala afata'budoona min doonil laahi maa laa yanfa'ukum shai'anw wa laa yadurrukum

أُفࣲّ لَّكُمۡ وَلِمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

میں تم سے اور جنہیں الله کے سوا پوجتے ہو بیزار ہوں پھر کیا تمھیں عقل نہیں ہے

Uff to you and to what you worship instead of Allah. Then will you not use reason?"

Uffil lakum wa limaa ta'budoona min doonil laah; afalaa ta'qiloon

قَالُوا۟ حَرِّقُوهُ وَٱنصُرُوۤا۟ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ فَـٰعِلِینَ

انھوں نے کہا اگر تمہیں کچھ کرنا ہے تو اسے جلا دو اور اپنے معبودوں کی مدد کرو

They said, "Burn him and support your gods - if you are to act."

Qaaloo harriqooho wansurooo aalihatakum in kuntum faa'ileen

قُلۡنَا یَـٰنَارُ كُونِی بَرۡدࣰا وَسَلَـٰمًا عَلَىٰۤ إِبۡرَ ٰ⁠هِیمَ

ہم نے کہا اے آگ ابراھیم پر سرد اورراحت ہو جا

Allah said, "O fire, be coolness and safety upon Abraham."

Qulnaa yaa naaru koonee bardanw wa salaaman 'alaaa Ibraaheem

وَأَرَادُوا۟ بِهِۦ كَیۡدࣰا فَجَعَلۡنَـٰهُمُ ٱلۡأَخۡسَرِینَ

اور انہوں نے اس کی برائی چاہی سو ہم نے انہیں ناکام کر دیا

And they intended for him harm, but We made them the greatest losers.

Wa araadoo bihee kaidan faja'alnaahumul akhsareen

وَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ وَلُوطًا إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلَّتِی بَـٰرَكۡنَا فِیهَا لِلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ

اور ہم اسے اورلوط کو بچا کراس زمین کی طرف لے آئے جس میں ہم نے جہان کے لیے برکت رکھی ہے

And We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had blessed for the worlds.

Wa najjainaahu wa Lootan ilal ardil latee baaraknaa feehaa lil 'aalameen

وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥۤ إِسۡحَـٰقَ وَیَعۡقُوبَ نَافِلَةࣰۖ وَكُلࣰّا جَعَلۡنَا صَـٰلِحِینَ

اور ہم نے اسے اسحاق بخشا اور انعام میں یعقوب دیا اور سب کونیک بخت کیا

And We gave him Isaac and Jacob in addition, and all [of them] We made righteous.

Wa wahabnaa lahooo Ishaaq; wa Ya'qooba naafilah; wa kullan ja'alnaa saaliheen

وَجَعَلۡنَـٰهُمۡ أَىِٕمَّةࣰ یَهۡدُونَ بِأَمۡرِنَا وَأَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡهِمۡ فِعۡلَ ٱلۡخَیۡرَ ٰ⁠تِ وَإِقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِیتَاۤءَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةِۖ وَكَانُوا۟ لَنَا عَـٰبِدِینَ

اورہم نے انہیں پیشوا بنایا جو ہمارے حکم سے رہنمائی کیا کرتے تھے اور ہم نے انہیں اچھے کام کرنے اور نماز قائم کرنے اور زکوٰة دینے کا حکم دیا تھا اور وہ ہماری ہی بندگی کیا کرتے تھے

And We made them leaders guiding by Our command. And We inspired to them the doing of good deeds, establishment of prayer, and giving of zakah; and they were worshippers of Us.

Wa ja'alnaahum a'immatany yahdoona bi amrinaa wa awhainaaa ilaihim fi'lal khairaati wa iqaamas Salaati wa eetaaa'az Zakaati wa kaanoo lanaa 'aabideen

وَلُوطًا ءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُ حُكۡمࣰا وَعِلۡمࣰا وَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡقَرۡیَةِ ٱلَّتِی كَانَت تَّعۡمَلُ ٱلۡخَبَـٰۤىِٕثَۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوا۟ قَوۡمَ سَوۡءࣲ فَـٰسِقِینَ

اور لوط کو ہم نے حکمت اور علم عطا کیا تھا اور ہم اسے اس بستی سے جو گندے کام کیا کرتی تھی بچا کر لے آئے بے شک وہ لوگ برے نافرمانی کرنے والے تھے

And to Lot We gave judgement and knowledge, and We saved him from the city that was committing wicked deeds. Indeed, they were a people of evil, defiantly disobedient.

Wa Lootan aatainaahu hukmanw wa 'ilmanw wa najjainaahu minal qaryatil latee kaanat ta'malul khabaaa'is; innahum kaanoo qawma saw'in faasiqeen

وَأَدۡخَلۡنَـٰهُ فِی رَحۡمَتِنَاۤۖ إِنَّهُۥ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ

اوراسے ہم نے اپنی رحمت میں لے لیا بے شک وہ نیک بختوں میں سے تھا

And We admitted him into Our mercy. Indeed, he was of the righteous.

Wa adkhalnaahu fee rahmatinaa innahoo minas saalihee

وَنُوحًا إِذۡ نَادَىٰ مِن قَبۡلُ فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ فَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ

اور نوح کو جب اس نے اس سے پہلے پکارا پھر ہم نے اس کی دعا قبول کر لی پھر ہم نے اسے اور اس کے گھر والوں کو گھبراہٹ سے بچا لیا

And [mention] Noah, when he called [to Allah] before [that time], so We responded to him and saved him and his family from the great flood.

Wa noohan iz naadaa min qablu fastajabnaa lahoo fanajjainaahu wa ahlahoo minal karbil 'azeem

وَنَصَرۡنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔایَـٰتِنَاۤۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوا۟ قَوۡمَ سَوۡءࣲ فَأَغۡرَقۡنَـٰهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِینَ

اور ہم نے اس کی مدد کی ان لوگوں پر جو ہماری آیتیں جھٹلاتے تھے بے شک وہ بُرے لوگ تھے پھر ہم نے ان سب کو غرق کر دیا

And We saved him from the people who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a people of evil, so We drowned them, all together.

Wa nasarnaahu minal qawmil lazeena kazzaboo bi Aayaatinaa; innahum kkaanoo qawma saw'in fa-aghraq naahum ajma'een

وَدَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَیۡمَـٰنَ إِذۡ یَحۡكُمَانِ فِی ٱلۡحَرۡثِ إِذۡ نَفَشَتۡ فِیهِ غَنَمُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ وَكُنَّا لِحُكۡمِهِمۡ شَـٰهِدِینَ

اور داؤد اور سلیمان کو جب وہ کھیتی کے جھگڑا میں فیصلہ کرنے لگے جب کہ اس میں کچھ لوگوں کی بکریاں رات کے وقت جا پڑیں اور ہم اس فیصلہ کو دیکھ رہے تھے

And [mention] David and Solomon, when they judged concerning the field - when the sheep of a people overran it [at night], and We were witness to their judgement.

Wa Daawooda wa Sulaimaana iz yahkumaani fil harsi iz nafashat feehi ghanamul qawmi wa kunnaa lihukmihim shaahideen

فَفَهَّمۡنَـٰهَا سُلَیۡمَـٰنَۚ وَكُلًّا ءَاتَیۡنَا حُكۡمࣰا وَعِلۡمࣰاۚ وَسَخَّرۡنَا مَعَ دَاوُۥدَ ٱلۡجِبَالَ یُسَبِّحۡنَ وَٱلطَّیۡرَۚ وَكُنَّا فَـٰعِلِینَ

پھر ہم نے وہ فیصلہ سلیمان کو سمجھا دیا اور ہر ایک کو ہم نے حکمت اور علم دیا تھا اور ہم نے داؤد کے ساتھ پہاڑ او رپرندے تابع کیے جو تسبیح کیا کرتے تھے اور یہ سب کچھ ہم ہی کرنے والے تھے

And We gave understanding of the case to Solomon, and to each [of them] We gave judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains to exalt [Us], along with David and [also] the birds. And We were doing [that].

Fafahhamnaahaa sulaimaan; wa kullan aatainaa hukmanw wa'ilmanw wa sakh kharnaa ma'a Daawoodal jibaala yusabbihna wattayr; wa kunnaa faa'ileen

وَعَلَّمۡنَـٰهُ صَنۡعَةَ لَبُوسࣲ لَّكُمۡ لِتُحۡصِنَكُم مِّنۢ بَأۡسِكُمۡۖ فَهَلۡ أَنتُمۡ شَـٰكِرُونَ

اور ہم نےاسے تمہارے لیے زر ہیں بنانا بھی سکھایا تاکہ تمہیں لڑائی میں محفوظ رکھیں پھر کیا تم شکر کرتے ہو

And We taught him the fashioning of coats of armor to protect you from your [enemy in] battle. So will you then be grateful?

Wa 'allamanaahu san'ata laboosil lakum lituhsinakum mim baasikum fahal antum shaakiroon

وَلِسُلَیۡمَـٰنَ ٱلرِّیحَ عَاصِفَةࣰ تَجۡرِی بِأَمۡرِهِۦۤ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلَّتِی بَـٰرَكۡنَا فِیهَاۚ وَكُنَّا بِكُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَـٰلِمِینَ

اور زور سے چلنے والی ہوا سلیمان کے تابع کی جو اس کے حکم سے اس زمین کی طرف چلتی جہاں ہم نے برکت دی ہے اور ہم ہر چیز کو جاننے والے ہیں

And to Solomon [We subjected] the wind, blowing forcefully, proceeding by his command toward the land which We had blessed. And We are ever, of all things, Knowing.

Wa li Sulaimaanar reeha 'aasifatan tajree bi amriheee ilal ardil latee baaraknaa feehaa; wa kunnaa bikulli shai'in 'aalimeen

وَمِنَ ٱلشَّیَـٰطِینِ مَن یَغُوصُونَ لَهُۥ وَیَعۡمَلُونَ عَمَلࣰا دُونَ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَۖ وَكُنَّا لَهُمۡ حَـٰفِظِینَ

اورتو کچھ ایسے جن تھے جو دریا میں اس کے واسطے غوطہ لگاتے تھے اور اس کے سوا اور کام بھی کرتے تھے اور ہم ان کی حفاظت کرنے والے تھے

And of the devils were those who dived for him and did work other than that. And We were of them a guardian.

Wa minash Shayaateeni mai yaghoosoona lahoo wa ya'maloona 'amalan doona zaalika wa kunna lahum baafizeen

۞ وَأَیُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥۤ أَنِّی مَسَّنِیَ ٱلضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرۡحَمُ ٱلرَّ ٰ⁠حِمِینَ

اورجب کہ ایوب نے اپنے رب کو پکارا کہ مجھے روگ لگ گیا ہے حالانکہ تو سب رحم کرنے والوں سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے

And [mention] Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful."

Wa Ayyooba iz naadaa Rabbahooo annee massaniyad durru wa Anta arhamur raahimeen

فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ فَكَشَفۡنَا مَا بِهِۦ مِن ضُرࣲّۖ وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُ أَهۡلَهُۥ وَمِثۡلَهُم مَّعَهُمۡ رَحۡمَةࣰ مِّنۡ عِندِنَا وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡعَـٰبِدِینَ

پھر ہم نے اس کی دعا قبول کی اورجواسے تکلیف تھی ہم نے دور کر دی اور اسے اس کے گھر والے دیئے اور اتنا ہی ان کے ساتھ اپنی رحمت سے اوربھی دیا اور عبادت کرنے والوں کے لیے نصیحت ہے

So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity. And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers [of Allah].

Fastajabnaa lahoo fakashaf naa maa bihee min durrinw wa aatainaahu ahlahoo wa mislahum ma'ahum rahmatam min 'indinaa wa zikraa lil'aabideen

وَإِسۡمَـٰعِیلَ وَإِدۡرِیسَ وَذَا ٱلۡكِفۡلِۖ كُلࣱّ مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِینَ

اور اسماعیل اور ادریس اور ذوالکفل کو یہ سب صبر کرنے والے تھے

And [mention] Ishmael and Idrees and Dhul-Kifl; all were of the patient.

Wa Ismaa'eela wa Idreesa wa Zal Kifli kullum minas saabireen

وَأَدۡخَلۡنَـٰهُمۡ فِی رَحۡمَتِنَاۤۖ إِنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ

اور ہم نے انہیں اپنی رحمت میں داخل کر لیا بے شک وہ نیک بختوں میں سے تھے

And We admitted them into Our mercy. Indeed, they were of the righteous.

Wa adkhalnaahum fee rahmatinaa innahum minas saaliheen

وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَـٰضِبࣰا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقۡدِرَ عَلَیۡهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِی ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ أَن لَّاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّاۤ أَنتَ سُبۡحَـٰنَكَ إِنِّی كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ

اور مچھلی والے کو جب غصہ ہو کر چلا گیا پھر خیال کیا کہ ہم اسے نہیں پکڑیں گے اندھیروں میں پکارا کہ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ہے تو بے عیب ہے بے شک میں بے انصافوں میں سے تھا

And [mention] the man of the fish, when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."

Wa Zan Nooni iz zahaba mughaadiban fazaanna al lan naqdira 'alaihi fanaanna al lan naqdira 'alaihi fanaadaa fiz zulumaati al laaa ilaaha illaaa Anta Subhaanaka innee kuntu minaz zaalimeen

فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ وَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَمِّۚ وَكَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ نُـۨجِی ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ

پھر ہم نے اس کی دعا قبول کی اور اسے غم سے نجات دی اور ہم ایمان داروں کو یونہی نجات دیا کرتے ہیں

So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers.

Fastajabnaa lahoo wa najjainaahu minal ghamm; wa kazaalika nunjil mu'mineen

وَزَكَرِیَّاۤ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرۡنِی فَرۡدࣰا وَأَنتَ خَیۡرُ ٱلۡوَ ٰ⁠رِثِینَ

اور ذکریا کو جب اس نے اپنے رب کو پکارا اے رب مجھے اکیلا نہ چھوڑ اور تو سب سے بہتر وارث ہے

And [mention] Zechariah, when he called to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while you are the best of inheritors."

Wa Zakariyyaaa iz naadaa Rabbahoo Rabbi laa tazarnee fardanw wa Anta khairul waariseen

فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥ یَحۡیَىٰ وَأَصۡلَحۡنَا لَهُۥ زَوۡجَهُۥۤۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوا۟ یُسَـٰرِعُونَ فِی ٱلۡخَیۡرَ ٰ⁠تِ وَیَدۡعُونَنَا رَغَبࣰا وَرَهَبࣰاۖ وَكَانُوا۟ لَنَا خَـٰشِعِینَ

پھر ہم نے اس کی دعا قبول کی اور اسے یحییٰ عطا کیا اور اس کے لیے اس کی بیوی کو درست کر دیا بے شک یہ لوگ نیک کاموں میں دوڑ پڑتے تھے اور ہمیں امید اور ڈر سے پکارا کرتے تھے اور ہمارے سامنے عاجزی کرنے والے تھے

So We responded to him, and We gave to him John, and amended for him his wife. Indeed, they used to hasten to good deeds and supplicate Us in hope and fear, and they were to Us humbly submissive.

Fastajabnaa lahoo wa wahabnaa lahoo Yahyaa Wa aslahnaa lahoo zawjah; innahum kaanoo yusaari'oona fil khairaati wa yad'oonanaa raghabanw wa rahabaa; wa kaanoo lanaa khaashi'een

وَٱلَّتِیۤ أَحۡصَنَتۡ فَرۡجَهَا فَنَفَخۡنَا فِیهَا مِن رُّوحِنَا وَجَعَلۡنَـٰهَا وَٱبۡنَهَاۤ ءَایَةࣰ لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ

اوروہ عورت جس نے اپنی عصمت کو محفوظ رکھا پھر ہم نے اس میں اپنی روح پھونک دی اور اسے اور اس کے بیٹے کو جہان کے لیے نشانی بنایا

And [mention] the one who guarded her chastity, so We blew into her [garment] through Our angel [Gabriel], and We made her and her son a sign for the worlds.

Wallateee ahsanat farjahaa fanafakhnaa feehaa mir roohinaa wa ja'alnaahaa wabnahaaa Aayatal lil'aalameen

إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦۤ أُمَّتُكُمۡ أُمَّةࣰ وَ ٰ⁠حِدَةࣰ وَأَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُونِ

یہ لوگ تمہارے گروہ کے ہیں جو ایک ہی گروہ ہے اور میں تمہارا رب ہوں پھر میری ہی عبادت کرو

Indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so worship Me.

Inna haaziheee ummatukum ummatanw waahidatanw wa Ana Rabbukum fa'budoon

وَتَقَطَّعُوۤا۟ أَمۡرَهُم بَیۡنَهُمۡۖ كُلٌّ إِلَیۡنَا رَ ٰ⁠جِعُونَ

اور ان لوگوں نے اپنے دین میں اختلاف پیدا کر لیا سب ہمارے پاس ہی آنے والے ہیں

And [yet] they divided their affair among themselves, [but] all to Us will return.

Wa taqatta'ooo amrahum bainahum kullun ilainaaa raaji'oon

فَمَن یَعۡمَلۡ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنࣱ فَلَا كُفۡرَانَ لِسَعۡیِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ كَـٰتِبُونَ

پھر جو کوئی اچھے کام کرے گا اور وہ مومن بھی ہوگا تو اس کی کوشش رائگان نہ جائے گی اوربے شک ہم اس کے لکھنے والے ہیں

So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders.

Famai ya'mal minas saalihaati wa huwa mu'minun falaa kufraana lisa'yihee wa innaa lahoo kaatiboon

وَحَرَ ٰ⁠مٌ عَلَىٰ قَرۡیَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهَاۤ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا یَرۡجِعُونَ

اورجن بستیوں کو ہم فنا کر چکے ہیں ان کے لیے ناممکن ہے کہ وہ پھر لوٹ کر آئيں

And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return

Wa haraamun 'alaa qaryatin ahlaknaahaaa annahum laa yarji'oon

حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا فُتِحَتۡ یَأۡجُوجُ وَمَأۡجُوجُ وَهُم مِّن كُلِّ حَدَبࣲ یَنسِلُونَ

یہاں تک کہ جب یاجوج اور ماجوج کھول دیئے جائیں گے اور وہ ہر بلندی سے دوڑتے چلے آئيں گے

Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend

Hattaaa izaa futihat Yaajooju wa Maajooju wa hum min kulli hadabiny yansiloon

وَٱقۡتَرَبَ ٱلۡوَعۡدُ ٱلۡحَقُّ فَإِذَا هِیَ شَـٰخِصَةٌ أَبۡصَـٰرُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ یَـٰوَیۡلَنَا قَدۡ كُنَّا فِی غَفۡلَةࣲ مِّنۡ هَـٰذَا بَلۡ كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِینَ

اور سچا وعدہ نزدیک آ پہنچے گا پھر اس وقت منکرو ں کی آنکھیں اوپر لگی رہ جائیں گی ہائے کم بختی ہماری بے شک ہم تو اس سے غفلت میں پڑے ہوئے تھے بلکہ ہم ہی ظالم تھے

And [when] the true promise has approached; then suddenly the eyes of those who disbelieved will be staring [in horror, while they say], "O woe to us; we had been unmindful of this; rather, we were wrongdoers."

Waqtarabal wa'dul haqqu fa-izaa hiya shaakhisatun absaarul lazeena kafaroo yaawailanaa qad kunna fee ghaflatim min haaza bal kunnaa zaalimeen

إِنَّكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ حَصَبُ جَهَنَّمَ أَنتُمۡ لَهَا وَ ٰ⁠رِدُونَ

بے شک تم اور الله کے سوا جو کچھ پوجتے ہو دوزخ کا ایندھن ہے تم سب اس میں داخل ہو گے

Indeed, you [disbelievers] and what you worship other than Allah are the firewood of Hell. You will be coming to [enter] it.

Innakum wa maa ta'budoona min doonil laahi hasabu Jahannama antum lahaa waaridoon

لَوۡ كَانَ هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ ءَالِهَةࣰ مَّا وَرَدُوهَاۖ وَكُلࣱّ فِیهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ

اگر یہ معبود ہوتے تو اس میں داخل نہ ہوتے اور سب اس میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں

Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein.

Law kaana haaa'ulaaa'i aalihatam maa waradoohaa wa kullun feehaa khaalidoon

لَهُمۡ فِیهَا زَفِیرࣱ وَهُمۡ فِیهَا لَا یَسۡمَعُونَ

ان کے لیے دوزخ میں چیخیں ہو ں گی اوروہ اس میں کچھ نہیں سنیں گے

For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear.

Lahum feehaa zafeerunw wa hum feehaa laa yasma'oon

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ سَبَقَتۡ لَهُم مِّنَّا ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۤ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ عَنۡهَا مُبۡعَدُونَ

بے شک جن کے لیے ہماری طرف سے بھلائی مقدر ہو چکی ہے وہ اس سے دور رکھے جائیں گے

Indeed, those for whom the best [reward] has preceded from Us - they are from it far removed.

Innal lazeena sabaqat lahum minnal husnaaa ulaaa'ika 'anhaa mub'adoon

لَا یَسۡمَعُونَ حَسِیسَهَاۖ وَهُمۡ فِی مَا ٱشۡتَهَتۡ أَنفُسُهُمۡ خَـٰلِدُونَ

اس کی آہٹ بھی نہ سنیں گے اور وہ اپنی من مانی مرادوں میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے

They will not hear its sound, while they are, in that which their souls desire, abiding eternally.

Laa yasma'oona hasee sahaa wa hum fee mash tahat anfusuhum khaalidoon

لَا یَحۡزُنُهُمُ ٱلۡفَزَعُ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرُ وَتَتَلَقَّىٰهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةُ هَـٰذَا یَوۡمُكُمُ ٱلَّذِی كُنتُمۡ تُوعَدُونَ

اور انہیں بڑا بھاری خوف بھی پریشان نہیں کرے گا اور ان سے فرشتے آ ملیں گے یہی وہ تمہارا دن ہے جس کا تمہیں وعدہ دیا جاتا تھا

They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" -

Laa yahzunuhumul faza'ul akbaru wa tatalaq qaahumul malaaa'ikatu haazaa Yawmukumul lazee kuntum too'adoon

یَوۡمَ نَطۡوِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ كَطَیِّ ٱلسِّجِلِّ لِلۡكُتُبِۚ كَمَا بَدَأۡنَاۤ أَوَّلَ خَلۡقࣲ نُّعِیدُهُۥۚ وَعۡدًا عَلَیۡنَاۤۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا فَـٰعِلِینَ

جس دن ہم آسمان کو اس طرح لپیٹیں گے جیسے خطوں کا طومار لپیٹا جاتا ہے جس طرح ہم نے پہلی بار پیدا کیا تھا دوبارہ بھی پیدا کریں گے یہ ہمارے ذمہ وعدہ ہے بے شک ہم پورا کرنے والے ہیں

The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it.

Yawma natwis samaaa'a kataiyis sijilli lilkutub; kamaa badaanaa awwala khalqin nu'eeduh; wa'dan 'alainaa; innaa kunna faa'ileen

وَلَقَدۡ كَتَبۡنَا فِی ٱلزَّبُورِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلذِّكۡرِ أَنَّ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ یَرِثُهَا عِبَادِیَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحُونَ

اور البتہ تحقیق ہم نصیحت کے بعد زبور میں لکھ چکے ہیں کہ بے شک زمین کے وارث ہمارے نیک بندے ہی ہوں گے

And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants.

Wa laqad katabnaa fiz Zaboori mim ba'diz zikri annal arda yarisuhaa 'ibaadi yas saalihoon

إِنَّ فِی هَـٰذَا لَبَلَـٰغࣰا لِّقَوۡمٍ عَـٰبِدِینَ

بےشک اس میں خدا پرستوں کے لیے ایک پیغام ہے

Indeed, in this [Qur'an] is notification for a worshipping people.

Inna fee haaza labalaa ghal liqawmin 'aabideen

وَمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحۡمَةࣰ لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ

او رہم نے توتمہیں تمام جہان کے لوگوں کے حق میں رحمت بنا کر بھیجا ہے

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.

Wa maaa arsalnaaka illaa rahmatal lil'aalameen

قُلۡ إِنَّمَا یُوحَىٰۤ إِلَیَّ أَنَّمَاۤ إِلَـٰهُكُمۡ إِلَـٰهࣱ وَ ٰ⁠حِدࣱۖ فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ

کہہ دو مجھے تو یہی حکم آیا ہے کہ تمہارا معبود ایک معبود ہے پھر کیا اس کے آگے سر جھکاتے ہو

Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?"

Qul innamaa yoohaa ilaiya annamaaa ilaahukum illaahunw Waahid, fahal antum muslimoon

فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡا۟ فَقُلۡ ءَاذَنتُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ سَوَاۤءࣲۖ وَإِنۡ أَدۡرِیۤ أَقَرِیبٌ أَم بَعِیدࣱ مَّا تُوعَدُونَ

پھر اگر وہ منہ موڑیں تو کہہ دو کہ میں نے یکساں طور پر خبر دے دی ہے اورمجھے معلوم نہیں کہ نزدیک ہے یا دور ہے جس کا تم سے وعدہ کیا جاتا ہے

But if they turn away, then say, "I have announced to [all of] you equally. And I know not whether near or far is that which you are promised.

Fa in tawallaw faqul aazantukum 'alaa sawaaa'; wa in adreee aqareebun am ba'eedum maa too'adoon

إِنَّهُۥ یَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَیَعۡلَمُ مَا تَكۡتُمُونَ

بے شک وہ جانتا ہے جو بات پکار کر کہو اور جانتا ہے جو تم چھپاتے ہو

Indeed, He knows what is declared of speech, and He knows what you conceal.

Innahoo ya'lamul jahra minal qawli wa ya'lamu maa taktumoon

وَإِنۡ أَدۡرِی لَعَلَّهُۥ فِتۡنَةࣱ لَّكُمۡ وَمَتَـٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِینࣲ

اور میں نہیں جانتا شاید وہ تمہارے لیے امتحان ہو اور ایک وقت تک دنیا کا فائدہ پہنچانا منظور ہو

And I know not; perhaps it is a trial for you and enjoyment for a time."

Wa in adree la'allahoo fitnatul lakum wa mataa'un ilaaheen

قَـٰلَ رَبِّ ٱحۡكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَرَبُّنَا ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ ٱلۡمُسۡتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ

کہ اے رب انصاف کا فیصلہ کر دے اور ہمارا رب بڑا مہربان ہے اسی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں ان باتوں پر جو تم بیان کرتے ہو

[The Prophet] has said, "My Lord, judge [between us] in truth. And our Lord is the Most Merciful, the one whose help is sought against that which you describe."

Qaala Rabbih kum bil haqq; wa Rabbunar Rahmaa nul musta'aanu 'alaa maa tasifoon
