Surah Noor with Urdu & English Translation and Audio - سورۃ النور

سُورَةٌ أَنزَلۡنَـٰهَا وَفَرَضۡنَـٰهَا وَأَنزَلۡنَا فِیهَاۤ ءَایَـٰتِۭ بَیِّنَـٰتࣲ لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

یہ ایک سورت ہے جسے ہم نے نازل کیا ہے اور اس کے احکام ہم نے ہی فرض کئے ہیں اور ہم نے اس میں صاف صاف آیتیں نازل کی ہیں تاکہ تم سمجھو

[This is] a surah which We have sent down and made [that within it] obligatory and revealed therein verses of clear evidence that you might remember.

Sooratun anzalnaahaa wa faradnaahaa wa anzalnaa feehaaa Aayaatim baiyinaatil la'allakum tazakkaroon

ٱلزَّانِیَةُ وَٱلزَّانِی فَٱجۡلِدُوا۟ كُلَّ وَ ٰ⁠حِدࣲ مِّنۡهُمَا مِا۟ئَةَ جَلۡدَةࣲۖ وَلَا تَأۡخُذۡكُم بِهِمَا رَأۡفَةࣱ فِی دِینِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡیَوۡمِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِۖ وَلۡیَشۡهَدۡ عَذَابَهُمَا طَاۤىِٕفَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ

بدکار عورت اور بدکار مرد سو دونوں میں سے ہر ایک کو سو سو دُرّے مارو اور تمہیں الله کے معاملہ میں ان پر ذرا رحم نہ آنا چاہیئے اگر تم الله پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتے ہو اور ان کی سزا کے وقت مسلمانوں کی ایک جماعت کو حاضر رہنا چاہیئے

The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.

Azzaaniyatu wazzaanee fajlidoo kulla waahidim minhumaa mi'ata jaldatinw wa laa taakhuzkum bihimaa raafatun fee deenil laahi in kuntum tu'minoona billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri wal yashhad 'azaabahumaa taaa'ifatum minal mu'mineen

ٱلزَّانِی لَا یَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِیَةً أَوۡ مُشۡرِكَةࣰ وَٱلزَّانِیَةُ لَا یَنكِحُهَاۤ إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوۡ مُشۡرِكࣱۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ

بدکار مرد سوائے بدکار عورت یا مشرکہ کے نکاح نہیں کرے گا اور بدکار عورت سے سوائے بد کار مرد یا مشرک کے اور کوئی نکاح نہیں کرے گا اور ایمان والوں پر یہ حرام کیا گیا ہے

The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.

Azzaanee laa yankihu illaa zaaniyatan aw mushrikatanw wazzaaniyatu laa yankihuhaaa illaa zaanin aw mushrik; wa hurrima zaalika 'alal mu'mineen

وَٱلَّذِینَ یَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَـٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَأۡتُوا۟ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَاۤءَ فَٱجۡلِدُوهُمۡ ثَمَـٰنِینَ جَلۡدَةࣰ وَلَا تَقۡبَلُوا۟ لَهُمۡ شَهَـٰدَةً أَبَدࣰاۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ

اور جو لوگ پاک دامن عورتوں پر تہمت لگاتے ہیں اور پھر چار گواہ نہیں لاتے تو انہیں اسّی درے مارو اور کبھی ان کی گواہی قبول نہ کرو اور وہی لوگ نافرمان ہیں

And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient,

Wallazeena yarmoonal muhsanaati summa lam yaatoo bi-arba'ati shuhadaaa'a fajlidoohum samaaneena jaldatanw wa laa taqbaloo lahum shahaadatan abadaa; wa ulaaa'ika humul faasiqoon

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ تَابُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ وَأَصۡلَحُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ

مگر جنہوں نے اس کے بعد توبہ کر لی اور درست ہو گئے تو بے شک الله ہی بخشنے والا نہایت رحم والا ہے

Except for those who repent thereafter and reform, for indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Illal lazeena taaboo mim ba'di zaalika wa aslahoo fa innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem

وَٱلَّذِینَ یَرۡمُونَ أَزۡوَ ٰ⁠جَهُمۡ وَلَمۡ یَكُن لَّهُمۡ شُهَدَاۤءُ إِلَّاۤ أَنفُسُهُمۡ فَشَهَـٰدَةُ أَحَدِهِمۡ أَرۡبَعُ شَهَـٰدَ ٰ⁠تِۭ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ

او رجو لوگ اپنی بیویوں پر تہمت لگاتے ہیں اور ان کے لیے سوائے اپنے اورکوئی گواہ نہیں تو ایسے شخص کی گواہی کی یہ صورت ہے کہ چار مرتبہ الله کی قسم کھا کر گواہی دے کہ بے شک وہ سچا ہے

And those who accuse their wives [of adultery] and have no witnesses except themselves - then the witness of one of them [shall be] four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the truthful.

Wallazeena yarmoona azwaajahum wa lam yakul lahum shuhadaaa'u illaaa anfusuhum fashahaadatu ahadihim arb'u shahaadaatim billaahi innahoo laminas saadiqeen

وَٱلۡخَـٰمِسَةُ أَنَّ لَعۡنَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡهِ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَـٰذِبِینَ

او رپانچویں مرتبہ یہ کہے کہ اس پر اللہ کی لعنت ہواگر وہ جھوٹا ہے

And the fifth [oath will be] that the curse of Allah be upon him if he should be among the liars.

Wal khaamisatu anna la'natal laahi 'alaihi in kaana minal kaazibeen

وَیَدۡرَؤُا۟ عَنۡهَا ٱلۡعَذَابَ أَن تَشۡهَدَ أَرۡبَعَ شَهَـٰدَ ٰ⁠تِۭ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَـٰذِبِینَ

او رعورت کی سزا کو یہ بات دور کر دے گی کہ الله کو گواہ کر کے چار مرتبہ یہ کہے کہ بے شک اس پر الله کا غضب پڑے اگر وہ سچا ہے

But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the liars.

Wa yadra'u anhal 'azaaba an tashhada arba'a shahaa daatim billaahi innahoo laminal kaazibeen

وَٱلۡخَـٰمِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡهَاۤ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ

اور پانچویں مرتبہ کہے کہ بے شک اس پر الله کا غضب پڑے اگر وہ سچا ہے

And the fifth [oath will be] that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he was of the truthful.

Wal khaamisata anna ghadabal laahi 'alaihaaa in kaana minas saadiqeen

وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِیمٌ

اور اگر تم پر الله کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی اور یہ کہ الله توبہ قبول کرنے والا حکمت والا ہے (تو کیا کچھ نہ ہوتا)

And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy... and because Allah is Accepting of repentance and Wise.

Wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo wa annal laaha Tawwaabun Hakeem

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ جَاۤءُو بِٱلۡإِفۡكِ عُصۡبَةࣱ مِّنكُمۡۚ لَا تَحۡسَبُوهُ شَرࣰّا لَّكُمۖ بَلۡ هُوَ خَیۡرࣱ لَّكُمۡۚ لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِئࣲ مِّنۡهُم مَّا ٱكۡتَسَبَ مِنَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِۚ وَٱلَّذِی تَوَلَّىٰ كِبۡرَهُۥ مِنۡهُمۡ لَهُۥ عَذَابٌ عَظِیمࣱ

بے شک جو لوگ یہ طوفان لائے ہیں تم ہی میں سے ایک گروہ ہے تم سے اپنے حق میں برا نہ سمجھو بلکہ وہ تمہارے لیے بہتر ہے ان میں سے ہر ایک کے لیے بقدرِ عمل گناہ ہے اور جس نے ان میں سے سب سے زیادہ حصہ لیا اس کے لیے بڑا عذاب ہے

Indeed, those who came with falsehood are a group among you. Do not think it bad for you; rather it is good for you. For every person among them is what [punishment] he has earned from the sin, and he who took upon himself the greater portion thereof - for him is a great punishment.

Innal lazeena jaaa'oo bilifki 'usbatum minkum; laa tahsaboohu sharral lakum bal huwa khairul lakum; likul limri'im minhum mak tasaba minal-ism; wallazee tawallaa kibrahoo minhum lahoo 'azaabun 'azeem

لَّوۡلَاۤ إِذۡ سَمِعۡتُمُوهُ ظَنَّ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتُ بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ خَیۡرࣰا وَقَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَاۤ إِفۡكࣱ مُّبِینࣱ

جب تم نے یہ بات سنی تھی تو مسلمان مردوں اور مسلمان عورتوں نے اپنے لوگوں کے ساتھ نیک گمان کیوں نہ کیا او رکیو ں نہ کہا کہ یہ صریح بہتان ہے

Why, when you heard it, did not the believing men and believing women think good of one another and say, "This is an obvious falsehood"?

Law laaa iz sami'tumoohu zannal mu'minoona walmu'minaatu bi anfusihim khairanw wa qaaloo haazaaa ifkum mmubeen

لَّوۡلَا جَاۤءُو عَلَیۡهِ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَاۤءَۚ فَإِذۡ لَمۡ یَأۡتُوا۟ بِٱلشُّهَدَاۤءِ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلۡكَـٰذِبُونَ

یہ لوگ اس پرچار گواہ کیو ں نہ لائے پھر جب وہ گواہ نہ لائے تو الله کے نزدیک وہی جھوٹے ہیں

Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars.

Law laa jaaa'oo 'alaihi bi-arba'ati shuhadaaa'; fa iz lam yaatoo bishshuhadaaa'i fa ulaaa 'ika 'indal laahi humul kaaziboon

وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ فِی ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمۡ فِی مَاۤ أَفَضۡتُمۡ فِیهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِیمٌ

اور اگر تم پر الله کا فضل اور دنیا اور آخرت میں اس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی تو اس چرچا کرنے میں تم پر کوئی بڑی آفت پڑتی

And if it had not been for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy in this world and the Hereafter, you would have been touched for that [lie] in which you were involved by a great punishment

Wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo fiddunyaa wal aakhirati lamassakum fee maaa afadtum feehi 'azaabun 'azeem

إِذۡ تَلَقَّوۡنَهُۥ بِأَلۡسِنَتِكُمۡ وَتَقُولُونَ بِأَفۡوَاهِكُم مَّا لَیۡسَ لَكُم بِهِۦ عِلۡمࣱ وَتَحۡسَبُونَهُۥ هَیِّنࣰا وَهُوَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ عَظِیمࣱ

جب تم اسے اپنی زبانوں سے نکالنے لگے اور اپنے مونہوں سے وہ بات کہنی شروع کر دی جس کا تمہیں علم بھی نہ تھا اور تم نے اسے ہلکی بات سمجھ لیا تھا حالانکہ وہ الله کے نزدیک بڑی بات ہے

When you received it with your tongues and said with your mouths that of which you had no knowledge and thought it was insignificant while it was, in the sight of Allah, tremendous.

iz talaqqawnahoo bi alsinatikum wa taqooloona bi afwaahikum maa laisa lakum bihee 'ilmunw wa tahsaboo nahoo haiyinanw wa huwa 'indl laahi 'azeem

وَلَوۡلَاۤ إِذۡ سَمِعۡتُمُوهُ قُلۡتُم مَّا یَكُونُ لَنَاۤ أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَـٰذَا سُبۡحَـٰنَكَ هَـٰذَا بُهۡتَـٰنٌ عَظِیمࣱ

اور جب تم نے اسے سنا تھا تو کیوں نہ کہہ دیا کہ ہمیں تو اس کا منہ سے نکالنا بھی لائق نہیں سبحان الله یہ بڑا بہتان ہے

And why, when you heard it, did you not say, "It is not for us to speak of this. Exalted are You, [O Allah]; this is a great slander"?

Wa law laaa iz sami'tu moohu qultum maa yakoonu lanaaa an natakallama bihaazaa Subhaanaka haaza buhtaanun 'azeem

یَعِظُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَن تَعُودُوا۟ لِمِثۡلِهِۦۤ أَبَدًا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِینَ

الله تمہیں نصیحت کرتا ہے کہ پھر کبھی ایسا نہ کرنا اگر تم ایمان دار ہو

Allah warns you against returning to the likes of this [conduct], ever, if you should be believers.

Ya'izukumul laahu an ta'oodoo limisliheee abadan in kuntum mu'mineen

وَیُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡـَٔایَـٰتِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمٌ

اور الله تمہارے لیے آیتیں بیان کرتا ہے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے

And Allah makes clear to you the verses, and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Wa yubaiyinul laahu lakumul Aayaat; wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یُحِبُّونَ أَن تَشِیعَ ٱلۡفَـٰحِشَةُ فِی ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِیمࣱ فِی ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِۚ وَٱللَّهُ یَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ

بے شک جو لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ ایمانداروں میں بدکاری کا چرچا ہو ان کے لیے دنیا اور آخرت میں دردناک عذاب ہے اور الله جانتا ہے اور تم نہیں جانتے

Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know.

Innal lazeena yuhibboona an tashee'al faahishatu fil lazeena aamanoo lahum 'azaabun aleemun fid dunyaa wal Aakhirah; wallaahu ya'lamu wa antum laa ta'lamoon

وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَءُوفࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ

اور اگرتم پر الله کا فضل اوراس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی اوریہ کہ الله نرمی کرنے والا مہربان ہے (تو کیا کچھ نہ ہوتا)

And if it had not been for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy... and because Allah is Kind and Merciful.

Wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo wa annal laaha Ra'oofur Raheem

۞ یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ خُطُوَ ٰ⁠تِ ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنِۚ وَمَن یَتَّبِعۡ خُطُوَ ٰ⁠تِ ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنِ فَإِنَّهُۥ یَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡفَحۡشَاۤءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِۚ وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَیۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ مَا زَكَىٰ مِنكُم مِّنۡ أَحَدٍ أَبَدࣰا وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُزَكِّی مَن یَشَاۤءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِیعٌ عَلِیمࣱ

اے ایمان والو شیطان کے قدموں پر نہ چلو اورجو کوئی شیطان کے قدموں پرچلے گا سو وہ تو اسے بے حیائی اور بری باتیں ہی بتائے گا اوراگر تم پر الله کا فضل اوراس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی تو تم میں سے کوئی کبھی بھی پاک صاف نہ ہوتا اورلیکن الله جسے چاہتا ہے پاک کر دیتا ہے اور الله سننے والا جاننے والا ہے

O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan. And whoever follows the footsteps of Satan - indeed, he enjoins immorality and wrongdoing. And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, not one of you would have been pure, ever, but Allah purifies whom He wills, and Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo laa tattabi'oo khutuwaatish Shaitaan; wa many-yattabi' khutuwaatish Shaitaani fa innahoo yaamuru bilfahshaaa'i walmunkar; wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo maa zakaa minkum min ahadin abadanw wa laakinnal laaha yuzakkee many-yashaaa'; wallaahu Samee'un 'Aleem

وَلَا یَأۡتَلِ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلۡفَضۡلِ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلسَّعَةِ أَن یُؤۡتُوۤا۟ أُو۟لِی ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِینَ وَٱلۡمُهَـٰجِرِینَ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَلۡیَعۡفُوا۟ وَلۡیَصۡفَحُوۤا۟ۗ أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن یَغۡفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمٌ

اور تم میں سے بزرگی اور کشائش والے اس بات پر قسم نہ کھائیں کہ رشتہ داروں اور مسکینوں اور الله کی راہ میں ہجرت کرنے والوں کو نہ دیا کریں گے اور انہیں معاف کرنا اور درگذر کرنا چاہیے کیا تم نہیں چاہتے کہ الله تمہیں معاف کر دے اور الله بخشنے والا نہایت رحم والا ہے

And let not those of virtue among you and wealth swear not to give [aid] to their relatives and the needy and the emigrants for the cause of Allah, and let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Wa laa yaatali ulul fadli minkum wassa'ati ai yu'tooo ulil qurbaa walmasaakeena walmuhaajireena fee sabeelillaahi walya'foo walyasfahoo; alaa tuhibboona ai yaghfiral laahu lakum; wal laahu Ghafoorur Raheem

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَـٰتِ ٱلۡغَـٰفِلَـٰتِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِ لُعِنُوا۟ فِی ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِیمࣱ

جو لوگ پاک دامنوں بے خبر ایمان والیوں پر تہمت لگاتے ہیں ان پر دنیا اور آخرت میں لعنت ہے اوران کے لیےبڑا عذاب ہے

Indeed, those who [falsely] accuse chaste, unaware and believing women are cursed in this world and the Hereafter; and they will have a great punishment

Innal lazeena yarmoonal muhsanaatil ghaafilaatil mu'minaati lu'inoo fid dunyaa wal Aakhirati wa lahum 'azaabun 'azeem

یَوۡمَ تَشۡهَدُ عَلَیۡهِمۡ أَلۡسِنَتُهُمۡ وَأَیۡدِیهِمۡ وَأَرۡجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡمَلُونَ

جس دن ان پر ان کی زبانیں اور ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں گواہی دیں گے جو کچھ وہ کیا کرتے تھے

On a Day when their tongues, their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do.

Yawma tashhhadu 'alaihim alsinatuhum wa aideehim wa arjuluhum bimaa kaanoo ya'maloon

یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ یُوَفِّیهِمُ ٱللَّهُ دِینَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَیَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ ٱلۡمُبِینُ

اس دن الله انہیں انصاف سے پوری جزا دے گا اور جان لیں گے بے شک الله ہی حق بیان کرنے والا ہے

That Day, Allah will pay them in full their deserved recompense, and they will know that it is Allah who is the perfect in justice.

Yawma'iziny yuwaf feehimul laahu deenahumul haqqa wa ya'lamoona annal laaha Huwal Haqqul Mubeen

ٱلۡخَبِیثَـٰتُ لِلۡخَبِیثِینَ وَٱلۡخَبِیثُونَ لِلۡخَبِیثَـٰتِۖ وَٱلطَّیِّبَـٰتُ لِلطَّیِّبِینَ وَٱلطَّیِّبُونَ لِلطَّیِّبَـٰتِۚ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ مُبَرَّءُونَ مِمَّا یَقُولُونَۖ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةࣱ وَرِزۡقࣱ كَرِیمࣱ

ناپاک عورتیں ناپاک مردوں کے لیے ہیں اور ناپاک مرد ناپاک عورتو ں کے لیے ہیں او رپاک عورتیں پاک مردوں کے لیے ہیں اور پاک مرد پاک عورتوں کے لیے ہیں وہ لوگ اس سے پاک ہیں جو یہ کہتے ہیں ا ن کے لیے بخشش اورعزت کی روزی ہے

Evil words are for evil men, and evil men are [subjected] to evil words. And good words are for good men, and good men are [an object] of good words. Those [good people] are declared innocent of what the slanderers say. For them is forgiveness and noble provision.

Alkhabeesaatu lilkha beeseena walkhabeesoona lilkhabeesaati wattaiyibaatu littaiyibeena wattaiyiboona littaiyibaat; ulaaa'ika mubar ra'oona maimma yaqooloona lahum maghfiratunw wa rizqun kareem

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَدۡخُلُوا۟ بُیُوتًا غَیۡرَ بُیُوتِكُمۡ حَتَّىٰ تَسۡتَأۡنِسُوا۟ وَتُسَلِّمُوا۟ عَلَىٰۤ أَهۡلِهَاۚ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكُمۡ خَیۡرࣱ لَّكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

اے ایمان والو اپنے گھروں کے سوا اور کسی کے گھروں میں نہ جایا کرو جب تک اجازت نہ لے لو او رگھر والوں پر سلام نہ کر لو یہ تہارے لیے بہتر ہے تاکہ تم نصیحت حاصل کرو

O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own houses until you ascertain welcome and greet their inhabitants. That is best for you; perhaps you will be reminded.

Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo laa tadkhuloo buyootan ghaira buyootikum hatta tastaanisoo wa tusallimoo 'allaa ahlihaa; zaalikum khairul lakum la'allakum tazakkaroon

فَإِن لَّمۡ تَجِدُوا۟ فِیهَاۤ أَحَدࣰا فَلَا تَدۡخُلُوهَا حَتَّىٰ یُؤۡذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ وَإِن قِیلَ لَكُمُ ٱرۡجِعُوا۟ فَٱرۡجِعُوا۟ۖ هُوَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ عَلِیمࣱ

پھر اگر وہاں کسی کو نہ پاؤ تو اندر نہ جاؤ جب تک کہ تمہیں اجازت نہ دی جائے اور اگر تمہیں کہا جائے کہ لوٹ جاؤ تو اپس چلے جاؤ یہ تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہے اور جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو الله جانتا ہے

And if you do not find anyone therein, do not enter them until permission has been given you. And if it is said to you, "Go back," then go back; it is purer for you. And Allah is Knowing of what you do.

Fa il lam tajidoo feehaaa ahadan falaa tadkhuloohaa hattaa yu'zana lakum wa in qeela lakumurji'oo farji'oo huwa azkaa lakum; wallaahu bimaa ta'maloona 'Aleem

لَّیۡسَ عَلَیۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَدۡخُلُوا۟ بُیُوتًا غَیۡرَ مَسۡكُونَةࣲ فِیهَا مَتَـٰعࣱ لَّكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ یَعۡلَمُ مَا تُبۡدُونَ وَمَا تَكۡتُمُونَ

تم پراس میں کوئی گناہ نہیں کہ ان گھروں میں جاؤ جہاں کوئی نہیں بستا ان میں تمہارا سامان ہے اور الله جانتا ہے جو تم ظاہر کرتے ہو اور جو تم چھپاتے ہو

There is no blame upon you for entering houses not inhabited in which there is convenience for you. And Allah knows what you reveal and what you conceal.

Laisa 'alaikum junaahun ann tadkhuloo buyootan ghaira maskoonatin feeha mataa'ul lakum; wallaahu ya'lamu maa tubdoona wa maa taktumoon

قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ یَغُضُّوا۟ مِنۡ أَبۡصَـٰرِهِمۡ وَیَحۡفَظُوا۟ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا یَصۡنَعُونَ

ایمان والوں سے کہہ دو کہ وہ اپنی نگاہ نیچی رکھا کریں اور اپنی شرم گاہوں کو بھی محفوظ رکھیں یہ ان کے لیے بہت پاکیزہ ہے بے شک الله جانتا ہے جو وہ کرتے ہیں

Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.

Qul lilmu' mineena yaghuuddoo min absaarihim wa yahfazoo furoojahum; zaalika azkaa lahum; innallaaha khabeerum bimaa yasna'oon

وَقُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِ یَغۡضُضۡنَ مِنۡ أَبۡصَـٰرِهِنَّ وَیَحۡفَظۡنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا یُبۡدِینَ زِینَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَاۖ وَلۡیَضۡرِبۡنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُیُوبِهِنَّۖ وَلَا یُبۡدِینَ زِینَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَاۤىِٕهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَاۤءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَاۤىِٕهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَاۤءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ إِخۡوَ ٰ⁠نِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِیۤ إِخۡوَ ٰ⁠نِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِیۤ أَخَوَ ٰ⁠تِهِنَّ أَوۡ نِسَاۤىِٕهِنَّ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَیۡمَـٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّـٰبِعِینَ غَیۡرِ أُو۟لِی ٱلۡإِرۡبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفۡلِ ٱلَّذِینَ لَمۡ یَظۡهَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَوۡرَ ٰ⁠تِ ٱلنِّسَاۤءِۖ وَلَا یَضۡرِبۡنَ بِأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ لِیُعۡلَمَ مَا یُخۡفِینَ مِن زِینَتِهِنَّۚ وَتُوبُوۤا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِیعًا أَیُّهَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ

اور ایمان والیوں سے کہہ دو کہ اپنی نگاہ نیچی رکھیں اور اپنی عصمت کی حفاظت کریں اور اپنی زینت کو ظاہر نہ کریں مگر جو جگہ اس میں سے کھلی رہتی ہے اوراپنے دوپٹے اپنے سینوں پر ڈالے رکھیں اوراپنی زینت ظاہر نہ کریں مگر اپنے خاوندوں پر یا اپنے باپ یا خاوند کے باپ یا اپنے بھائیوں یا بھتیجوں یا بھانجوں پر یا اپنی عورتوں پر یا اپنے غلاموں پر یا ان خدمت گاروں پر جنہیں عورت کی حاجت نہیں یا ان لڑکوں پر جو عورتوں کی پردہ کی چیزوں سے واقف نہیں اور اپنے پاؤں زمین پر زور سے نہ ماریں کہ ان کا مخفی زیور معلوم ہوجائے اوراے مسلمانو تم سب الله کے سامنے توبہ کرو تاکہ تم نجات پاؤ

And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

Wa qul lilmu'minaati yaghdudna min absaarihinna wa yahfazna furoojahunna wa laa yubdeena zeenatahunna illaa maa zahara minhaa walyadribna bikhumurihinna 'alaa juyoobihinna wa laa yubdeena zeenatahunna illaa libu'oolatihinna aw aabaaa'i hinna aw aabaaa'i bu'oolati hinna aw abnaaa'ihinaa aw abnaaa'i bu'oolatihinnna aw ikhwaanihinnna aw baneee ikhwaanihinna aw banee akhawaatihinna aw nisaaa'i hinna aw maa malakat aimaanuhunna awit taabi'eena ghairi ilil irbati minar rijaali awit tiflillazeena lam yazharoo 'alaa 'awraatin nisaaa'i wala yadribnna bi arjulihinna min zeenatihinn; wa toobooo ilallaahi jammee'an aiyuhal mu'minoona la'allakum tuflihoon

وَأَنكِحُوا۟ ٱلۡأَیَـٰمَىٰ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ مِنۡ عِبَادِكُمۡ وَإِمَاۤىِٕكُمۡۚ إِن یَكُونُوا۟ فُقَرَاۤءَ یُغۡنِهِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَ ٰ⁠سِعٌ عَلِیمࣱ

اور جو تم میں مجرّد ہوں اور جو تمہارے غلام اور لونڈیاں نیک ہوں سب کے نکاح کرادو اگر وہ مفلس ہو ں گے تو الله اپنے فضل سے انہیں غنی کر دے گا اور الله کشائش والا سب کچھ جاننے والا ہے

And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

Wa ankihul ayaamaa minkum was saaliheena min 'ibaadikum wa imaa'kum; iny-yakoonoo fuqaraaa'a yughni himul laahu min fadlih; wal laahu Waasi'un 'Aleem

وَلۡیَسۡتَعۡفِفِ ٱلَّذِینَ لَا یَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ یُغۡنِیَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦۗ وَٱلَّذِینَ یَبۡتَغُونَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتۡ أَیۡمَـٰنُكُمۡ فَكَاتِبُوهُمۡ إِنۡ عَلِمۡتُمۡ فِیهِمۡ خَیۡرࣰاۖ وَءَاتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِیۤ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۚ وَلَا تُكۡرِهُوا۟ فَتَیَـٰتِكُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡبِغَاۤءِ إِنۡ أَرَدۡنَ تَحَصُّنࣰا لِّتَبۡتَغُوا۟ عَرَضَ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡیَاۚ وَمَن یُكۡرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِكۡرَ ٰ⁠هِهِنَّ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ

اور چاہیے کہ پاک دامن رہیں وہ جو نکاح کی توفیق نہیں رکھتے یہاں تک کہ الله انہیں اپنے فضل سے غنی کر دے اور تمہارے غلاموں میں سے جو لوگ مال دے کر آزادی کی تحریر چاہیں تو انہیں لکھ دو بشرطیکہ ان میں بہتری کے آثار پاؤ اور انہیں الله کے مال میں سے دو جو اس نے تمہیں دیا ہے اور تمہاری لونڈیاں جو پاک دامن رہنا چاہتی ہیں انہیں دنیا کی زندگی کے فائدہ کی غرض سے زنا پر مجبور نہ کرو اور جو انہیں مجبور کرے گا تو الله ان کے مجبور ہونے کے بعد بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty. And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you. And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek [thereby] the temporary interests of worldly life. And if someone should compel them, then indeed, Allah is [to them], after their compulsion, Forgiving and Merciful.

Wal yasta'fifil lazeena laa yajidoona nikaahan hata yughniyahumul laahu mi fadlih; wallazeena yabtaghoonal kitaaba mimmaa malakat aimaanukum fakaatiboohum in 'alimtum feehim khairanw wa aatoohum mimmaalil laahil lazeee aataakum; wa laa tukrihoo fatayaatikum 'alal bighaaa'i in aradna tahassunal litabtaghoo 'aradal hayaatid dunyaa; wa mai yukrihhunna fa innal laaha mim ba'di ikraahihinna Ghafoor Raheem

وَلَقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتࣲ مُّبَیِّنَـٰتࣲ وَمَثَلࣰا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِینَ خَلَوۡا۟ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَمَوۡعِظَةࣰ لِّلۡمُتَّقِینَ

اور البتہ ہم نے تمہارے پاس روشن آیتیں بھیج دی ہیں اور جن میں تم سے پہلوں کے حالات ہیں او رجو پرہیز گاروں کے لیے نصیحت ہیں

And We have certainly sent down to you distinct verses and examples from those who passed on before you and an admonition for those who fear Allah.

Wa laqad anzalnaaa ilaikum Aayaatim mubaiyinaatinw wa masalam minnal lazeena khalaw min qablikum wa maw'izatal lilmuttaqeen

۞ ٱللَّهُ نُورُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِۦ كَمِشۡكَوٰةࣲ فِیهَا مِصۡبَاحٌۖ ٱلۡمِصۡبَاحُ فِی زُجَاجَةٍۖ ٱلزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوۡكَبࣱ دُرِّیࣱّ یُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةࣲ مُّبَـٰرَكَةࣲ زَیۡتُونَةࣲ لَّا شَرۡقِیَّةࣲ وَلَا غَرۡبِیَّةࣲ یَكَادُ زَیۡتُهَا یُضِیۤءُ وَلَوۡ لَمۡ تَمۡسَسۡهُ نَارࣱۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورࣲۚ یَهۡدِی ٱللَّهُ لِنُورِهِۦ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَیَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَـٰلَ لِلنَّاسِۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیمࣱ

الله آسمانوں اور زمین کا نور ہے اس کے نور کی مثال ایسی ہے جیسے طاق میں چراغ ہو چراغ شیشے کی قندیل میں ہے قندیل گویا کہ موتی کی طرح چمکتا ہوا ستارا ہے زیتون کے مبارک درخت سے روشن کیا جاتا ہے نہ مشرق کی طرف ہے اور نہ مغرب کی طرف اس کا تیل قریب ہے کہ روشن ہوجائے اگرچہ اسے آگ نے نہ چھوا ہو روشنی ہے الله جسے چاہتا ہے اپنی روشنی کی راہ دکھاتا ہے اور الله کے لیے مثالیں بیان فرماتا ہے اور الله ہر چیز کا جاننے والا ہے

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp, the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly [white] star lit from [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.

Allaahu noorus samaawaati wal ard; masalu noorihee kamishkaatin feehaa misbaah; almisbaahu fee zujaajatin azzujaajatu ka annahaa kawkabun durriyyuny yooqadu min shajaratim mubaarakatin zaitoonatil laa shariqiyyatinw wa laa gharbiyyatiny yakaadu zaituhaa yudeee'u wa law alm tamsashu naar; noorun 'alaa noor; yahdil laahu linoorihee mai yashaaa'; wa yadribul laahul amsaala linnaas; wallaahu bikulli shai'in Aleem

فِی بُیُوتٍ أَذِنَ ٱللَّهُ أَن تُرۡفَعَ وَیُذۡكَرَ فِیهَا ٱسۡمُهُۥ یُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ فِیهَا بِٱلۡغُدُوِّ وَٱلۡـَٔاصَالِ

ان گھروں میں جن کی تعظیم کرنے اور ان میں اس کا نام یاد کرنے کا الله نے حکم دیا ان میں صبح اور شام الله کی تسبیح پڑھتے ہیں

[Such niches are] in mosques which Allah has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings

Fee buyootin azinal laahu an turfa'a wa yuzkara feehasmuhoo yusabbihu lahoo feehaa bilghuduwwi wal aasaal

رِجَالࣱ لَّا تُلۡهِیهِمۡ تِجَـٰرَةࣱ وَلَا بَیۡعٌ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَإِقَامِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِیتَاۤءِ ٱلزَّكَوٰةِ یَخَافُونَ یَوۡمࣰا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِیهِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرُ

ایسے آدمی جنہیں سوداگری اور خرید و فروخت الله کے ذکر اور نماز کے پڑھنے اور زکوٰة کے دینے سے غافل نہیں کرتی اس دن سے ڈرتے ہیں جس میں دل اور آنکھیں الٹ جائیں گی

[Are] men whom neither commerce nor sale distracts from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer and giving of zakah. They fear a Day in which the hearts and eyes will [fearfully] turn about -

Rinjaalul laa tulheehim tijaaratunw wa laa bai'un 'an zikril laahi wa iqaamis Salaati wa eetaaa'iz Zakaati yakkhaafoona Yawman tataqallabu feehil quloobu wal absaar

لِیَجۡزِیَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَحۡسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَیَزِیدَهُم مِّن فَضۡلِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ یَرۡزُقُ مَن یَشَاۤءُ بِغَیۡرِ حِسَابࣲ

تاکہ الله انہیں ان کے عمل کا اچھا بدلہ دے اور انہیں اپنے فضل سے اور بھی دے اور الله جسے چاہتا ہے بے حساب روزی دیتا ہے

That Allah may reward them [according to] the best of what they did and increase them from His bounty. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account.

Liyajziyahumul laahu ahsana maa 'amiloo wa yazeedahum min fadlih; wal laahu yarzuqu mai yashaaa'u bighairi hisaab

وَٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوۤا۟ أَعۡمَـٰلُهُمۡ كَسَرَابِۭ بِقِیعَةࣲ یَحۡسَبُهُ ٱلظَّمۡـَٔانُ مَاۤءً حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا جَاۤءَهُۥ لَمۡ یَجِدۡهُ شَیۡـࣰٔا وَوَجَدَ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥ فَوَفَّىٰهُ حِسَابَهُۥۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَرِیعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ

اور جو کافر ہیں ان کے اعمال ایسے ہیں جیسے جنگل میں چمکتی ہوئی ریت ہو جسے پیاسا پانی سمجھتا ہے یہاں تک کہ جب اس کے پاس آتا ہے اسے کچھ بھی نہیں پاتا اور الله ہی کو اپنے پاس پاتا ہے پھر الله نے اس کا حساب پورا کر دیا اور الله جلد حساب لینے والا ہے

But those who disbelieved - their deeds are like a mirage in a lowland which a thirsty one thinks is water until, when he comes to it, he finds it is nothing but finds Allah before Him, and He will pay him in full his due; and Allah is swift in account.

Wallazeena kafarooo a'maaluhum kasaraabim biqee'atiny yahsabuhuz zamaanu maaa'an hattaaa izaa jaaa'ahoo lam yajid hu shai'anw wa wajadal laaha 'indahoo fa waffaahu hisaabah; wallaahu saree'ul hisaab

أَوۡ كَظُلُمَـٰتࣲ فِی بَحۡرࣲ لُّجِّیࣲّ یَغۡشَىٰهُ مَوۡجࣱ مِّن فَوۡقِهِۦ مَوۡجࣱ مِّن فَوۡقِهِۦ سَحَابࣱۚ ظُلُمَـٰتُۢ بَعۡضُهَا فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٍ إِذَاۤ أَخۡرَجَ یَدَهُۥ لَمۡ یَكَدۡ یَرَىٰهَاۗ وَمَن لَّمۡ یَجۡعَلِ ٱللَّهُ لَهُۥ نُورࣰا فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن نُّورٍ

یا جیسے گہرے دریا میں اندھیرے ہوں اس پر ایک لہر چڑھ آتی ہے اس پرایک او رلہر ہے اس کے اوپر بادل ہے اوپر تلے بہت سے اندھیرے ہیں جب اپنا ہاتھ نکالے تو اسے کچھ بھی دیکھ نہ سکے اور جسے الله ہی نے نور نہ دیا ہو اس کے لیے کہیں نور نہیں ہے

Or [they are] like darknesses within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds - darknesses, some of them upon others. When one puts out his hand [therein], he can hardly see it. And he to whom Allah has not granted light - for him there is no light.

Aw kazulumaatin fee bahril lujjiyyiny yaghshaahu mawjum min fawqihee mawjum min fawqihee mawjum min fawqihee sahaab; zulumatum ba'duhaa fawqa ba'din izaaa akhraja yadahoo lam yakad yaraahaa wa mal lam yaj'alil laahu lahoo noora famaa lahoo min noor

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَن فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلطَّیۡرُ صَـٰۤفَّـٰتࣲۖ كُلࣱّ قَدۡ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُۥ وَتَسۡبِیحَهُۥۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمُۢ بِمَا یَفۡعَلُونَ

کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ آسمانوں اور زمین کے رہنے والے اور پرند جو پر پھیلائے اڑتے ہیں سب الله ہی کی تسبیح کرتے ہیں ہر ایک نے اپنی نماز اور تسبیح سمجھ رکھی ہے اور الله جانتا ہے جو کچھ وہ کرتے ہیں

Do you not see that Allah is exalted by whomever is within the heavens and the earth and [by] the birds with wings spread [in flight]? Each [of them] has known his [means of] prayer and exalting [Him], and Allah is Knowing of what they do.

Alam tara annal laaha yusabbihu lahoo man fissamaawaati wal ardi wat tairu saaaffaatim kullun qad 'alima Salaatahoo wa tasbeehah; wallaahu 'aleemum bimaa yaf'aloon

وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ

اور آسمانوں اور زمین کی بادشاہی الله ہی کی ہے اور الله ہی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے

And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the destination.

Wa lillaahi mulkus samaawaati wal ardi wa ilal laahil maseer

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُزۡجِی سَحَابࣰا ثُمَّ یُؤَلِّفُ بَیۡنَهُۥ ثُمَّ یَجۡعَلُهُۥ رُكَامࣰا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَـٰلِهِۦ وَیُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ مِن جِبَالࣲ فِیهَا مِنۢ بَرَدࣲ فَیُصِیبُ بِهِۦ مَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیَصۡرِفُهُۥ عَن مَّن یَشَاۤءُۖ یَكَادُ سَنَا بَرۡقِهِۦ یَذۡهَبُ بِٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرِ

کیا تو نے نہیں دیکھا الله ہی بادل کو چلاتا ہے پھر اسے ملاتا ہے پھر اسے تہہ بر تہہ کرتا ہے پھر تو بارش کو دیکھتا ہے کہ اس کے بیچ میں سے نکلتی ہے اور آسمان سے جو ان میں اولوں کے پہاڑ ہیں ان میں سے اولے برساتا ہے پھر انہیں جس پر چاہتا ہے گراتا ہے اور جس سے چاہتا ہے روک لیتا ہے قریب ہے کہ اس کی بجلی کی چمک آنکھوں کو لے جائے

Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight.

Alam tara annal laaha yuzjee sahaaban summa yu'allifu bainahoo summa yaj'aluhoo rukaaman fataral wadqa yakhruju min khilaalihee wa yunazzilu minas samaaa'i min jibaalin feehaa mim barain fa yuseebu bihee mai yashaaa'u wa yasrifuhoo 'am mai yashaaa'u yakkaadu sanaa barqihee yazhabu bil absaar

یُقَلِّبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّیۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَۚ إِنَّ فِی ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ لَعِبۡرَةࣰ لِّأُو۟لِی ٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرِ

الله ہی رات اور دن کو بدلتا ہے بے شک اس میں آنکھوں والوں کے لیے عبرت ہے

Allah alternates the night and the day. Indeed in that is a lesson for those who have vision.

Yuqallibul laahul laila wannahaar; inna fee zaalika la'ibratal li ulil absaar

وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَاۤبَّةࣲ مِّن مَّاۤءࣲۖ فَمِنۡهُم مَّن یَمۡشِی عَلَىٰ بَطۡنِهِۦ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن یَمۡشِی عَلَىٰ رِجۡلَیۡنِ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن یَمۡشِی عَلَىٰۤ أَرۡبَعࣲۚ یَخۡلُقُ ٱللَّهُ مَا یَشَاۤءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣱ

اور الله نے ہر جاندار کو پانی سے بنایا ہے سو بعض ان میں سے اپنےپیٹ کے بل چلتے ہیں اور بعض ان میں سے دو پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں اور اور بعض ان میں سے چار پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں الله جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے بے شک الله ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

Wallaahu khalaqa kulla daaabbatim mim maaa'in faminhum mai yamshee 'alaa batnihee wa minhum mai yamshee 'alaa rijlaine wa minhum mai yamshee 'alaaa arba'; yakhluqul laahu maa yashaaa'; innal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer

لَّقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَاۤ ءَایَـٰتࣲ مُّبَیِّنَـٰتࣲۚ وَٱللَّهُ یَهۡدِی مَن یَشَاۤءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَ ٰ⁠طࣲ مُّسۡتَقِیمࣲ

البتہ ہم نے کھلی کھلی آیتیں نازل کر دی ہیں اور الله جسے چاہے سیدھے راستہ پر چلاتا ہے

We have certainly sent down distinct verses. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path.

Laqad anzalnaaa Aayaatim mubaiyinaat; wallaahu yahdee mai yashaaa'u ilaa Siraatim Mustaqeem

وَیَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ وَأَطَعۡنَا ثُمَّ یَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِیقࣱ مِّنۡهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَۚ وَمَاۤ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ

اور کہتے ہیں ہم الله اور رسول پرایمان لائے اور ہم فرمانبردار ہو گئے پھر ایک گروہ ان میں سے اس کے بعد پھر جاتا ہے اور وہ لوگ مومن نہیں ہیں

But the hypocrites say, "We have believed in Allah and in the Messenger, and we obey"; then a party of them turns away after that. And those are not believers.

Wa yaqooloona aamannaa billaahi wa bir Rasooli wa ata'naa summa yatawallaa fareequm minhum mim ba'di zaalik; wa maaa ulaaa'ika bilmu'mineen

وَإِذَا دُعُوۤا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِیَحۡكُمَ بَیۡنَهُمۡ إِذَا فَرِیقࣱ مِّنۡهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ

اورجب انہیں الله اور اس کے رسول کی طرف بلایا جائے تاکہ ان میں فیصلہ کرے تب ہی ایک گروہ ان میں سے منہ موڑنے والے ہیں

And when they are called to [the words of] Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns aside [in refusal].

Wa izaa du'ooo ilal laahi wa Rasoolihee li yahkuma bainahum izaa fareequm minhum mu'ridoon

وَإِن یَكُن لَّهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ یَأۡتُوۤا۟ إِلَیۡهِ مُذۡعِنِینَ

اور اگر انہیں حق پہنچتا ہو تو اس کی طرف گردن جھکائے آتے ہیں

But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience.

Wa iny-yakul lahumul haqqu yaatooo ilaihi muz'ineen

أَفِی قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَمِ ٱرۡتَابُوۤا۟ أَمۡ یَخَافُونَ أَن یَحِیفَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَیۡهِمۡ وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ بَلۡ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

کیا ان کے دلوں میں بیماری ہے یا شک میں پڑے ہیں یا ڈرتے ہیں اس سے کہ ان پر الله اور اس کا رسول ظلم کرے گا بلکہ وہی ظالم ہیں

Is there disease in their hearts? Or have they doubted? Or do they fear that Allah will be unjust to them, or His Messenger? Rather, it is they who are the wrongdoers.

Afee quloobihim ma radun amirtaabooo am yakhaafoona ani yaheefallaahu 'alaihim wa Rasooluh; bal ulaaa'ika humuz zaalimoon

إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوۡلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ إِذَا دُعُوۤا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِیَحۡكُمَ بَیۡنَهُمۡ أَن یَقُولُوا۟ سَمِعۡنَا وَأَطَعۡنَاۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ

مومنوں کی بات تو یہی ہوتی ہے جب انہیں الله اور اس کے رسول کی طرف بلایا جاتا ہے تاکہ وہ ان کے درمیان فیصلہ کرے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے سنا اور مان لیا اور وہی لوگ نجات پانے والے ہیں

The only statement of the [true] believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them is that they say, "We hear and we obey." And those are the successful.

Innamaa kaana qawlal mu'mineena izaa du'ooo ilal laahi wa Rasoolihee li yahkuma bainahum ai yaqooloo sami'naa wa ata'naa; wa ulaaa'ika humul muflihoon

وَمَن یُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَیَخۡشَ ٱللَّهَ وَیَتَّقۡهِ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَاۤىِٕزُونَ

اور جو شخص الله اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتا ہے اور الله سے ڈرتا ہے اور اس کی نافرمانی سے بچتا ہے بس وہی کامیاب ہونے والے ہیں

And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger and fears Allah and is conscious of Him - it is those who are the attainers.

Wa mai yuti'il laaha wa Rasoolahoo wa yakhshal laaha wa yattaqhi fa ulaaa'ika humul faaa'izoon

۞ وَأَقۡسَمُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَیۡمَـٰنِهِمۡ لَىِٕنۡ أَمَرۡتَهُمۡ لَیَخۡرُجُنَّۖ قُل لَّا تُقۡسِمُوا۟ۖ طَاعَةࣱ مَّعۡرُوفَةٌۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

اور الله کی پکی قسمیں کھا کر کہتے ہیں کہ اگر آپ انہیں حکم دیں تو سب کچھ چھوڑ کر نکل جائیں کہہ دو قسمیں نہ کھاؤ دستور کے موافق فرمانبرداری چاہیئے بے شک الله جانتا ہے جو تم کرتے ہو

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that if you ordered them, they would go forth [in Allah 's cause]. Say, "Do not swear. [Such] obedience is known. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with that which you do."

Wa aqsamoo billaahi jahda aimaanihim la'in amartahum la yakhrujunna qul laa tuqsimoo taa'atum ma'roofah innal laaha khabeerum bimaa ta'maloon

قُلۡ أَطِیعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِیعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَیۡهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَیۡكُم مَّا حُمِّلۡتُمۡۖ وَإِن تُطِیعُوهُ تَهۡتَدُوا۟ۚ وَمَا عَلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَّا ٱلۡبَلَـٰغُ ٱلۡمُبِینُ

کہہ دو الله اور اس کے رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرو پھر اگر منہ پھیرو گے تو پیغمبر تو وہی ہے جس کا وہ ذمہ دار ہے اورتم پر وہ ہے جو تمہارے ذمہ لازم کیا گیا ہے اور اگر اس کی فرمانبرداری کرو گے تو ہدایت پاؤ گے اور رسول کے ذمہ صرف صاف طور پر پہنچا دینا ہے

Say, "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that [duty] with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been charged. And if you obey him, you will be [rightly] guided. And there is not upon the Messenger except the [responsibility for] clear notification."

Qul atee'ul laaha wa atee'ur Rasoola fa in tawallaw fa innamaa 'alaihi maa hummila wa 'alaikum maa hummiltum wa in tutee'oohu tahtadoo; wa maa'alar Rasooli illal balaaghul mubeen

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّهُمۡ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَمَا ٱسۡتَخۡلَفَ ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ وَلَیُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمۡ دِینَهُمُ ٱلَّذِی ٱرۡتَضَىٰ لَهُمۡ وَلَیُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ خَوۡفِهِمۡ أَمۡنࣰاۚ یَعۡبُدُونَنِی لَا یُشۡرِكُونَ بِی شَیۡـࣰٔاۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعۡدَ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ

الله نے ان لوگوں سے وعدہ کیا ہے جو تم میں سے ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کیے کہ انہیں ضرور ملک کی حکومت عطا کرے گا جیسا کہ ان سے پہلوں کو عطا کی تھی اور ان کے لیے جس دین کو پسند کیا ہے اسے ضرور مستحکم کر دے گا اور البتہ ان کے خوف کو امن سے بدل دے گا بشرطیکہ میری عبادت کرتے رہیں اور میرے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ کریں اور جواس کے بعد ناشکری کرے وہی فاسق ہوں گے

Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.

Wa'adal laahul lazeena aamanoo minkum wa 'amilus saalihaati la yastakhlifan nahum fil ardi kamastakh lafal lazeena min qablihim wa la yumakkinanna lahum deenahumul lazir tadaa lahum wa la yubaddilannahum mim ba'di khawfihim amnaa; ya'budoonanee laayushrikoona bee shai'aa; wa man kafara ba'da zaalika fa ulaaa'ika humul faasiqoon

وَأَقِیمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِیعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ

اور نماز پڑھا کرو اور زکوٰة دیا کرو اور رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرو تاکہ تم پر رحم کیا جائے

And establish prayer and give zakah and obey the Messenger - that you may receive mercy.

Wa aqeemus Salaata wa aatuz Zakaata wa atee'ur Rasoola la'allakum turhamoon

لَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ مُعۡجِزِینَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُۖ وَلَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ

کافروں کی نسبت یہ خیال نہ کر کہ ملک میں عاجز کر دیں گے اور ان کا ٹھکانہ دوزخ ہے اور بہت ہی برا ٹھکانہ ہے

Never think that the disbelievers are causing failure [to Allah] upon the earth. Their refuge will be the Fire - and how wretched the destination.

Laa tahsabannal lazeena kafaroo mu'jizeena fil ard; wa maawaahumun Naaru wa labi'sal maseer

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِیَسۡتَـٔۡذِنكُمُ ٱلَّذِینَ مَلَكَتۡ أَیۡمَـٰنُكُمۡ وَٱلَّذِینَ لَمۡ یَبۡلُغُوا۟ ٱلۡحُلُمَ مِنكُمۡ ثَلَـٰثَ مَرَّ ٰ⁠تࣲۚ مِّن قَبۡلِ صَلَوٰةِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ وَحِینَ تَضَعُونَ ثِیَابَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظَّهِیرَةِ وَمِنۢ بَعۡدِ صَلَوٰةِ ٱلۡعِشَاۤءِۚ ثَلَـٰثُ عَوۡرَ ٰ⁠تࣲ لَّكُمۡۚ لَیۡسَ عَلَیۡكُمۡ وَلَا عَلَیۡهِمۡ جُنَاحُۢ بَعۡدَهُنَّۚ طَوَّ ٰ⁠فُونَ عَلَیۡكُم بَعۡضُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡـَٔایَـٰتِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمࣱ

اے ایمان والو تمہارے غلام اور تمہارےوہ لڑکے جو ابھی بالغ نہیں ہوئے تم سے ان تین وقتوں میں اجازت لے کر آیا کریں صبح کی نماز سے پہلے اور دوپہر کے وقت جب کہ تم اپنے کپڑے اتار دیتے ہو اور عشا کی نماز کے بعد یہ تین وقت تمہارے پردوں کے ہیں ان کے بعد تم پر اور نہ ان پر کوئی الزام ہے تم آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے پاس آنے جانے والے ہو اسی طرح الله تمہارے لیے آیتیں کھول کر بیان کرتا ہے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے

O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo li yastaazinkumul lazeena malakat aimaanukum wallazeena lam yablughul huluma minkum salaasa marraat; min qabli Salaatil Fajri wa heena tada'oona siyaa bakum minaz zaheerati wa mim ba'di Salaatil Ishaaa'; salaasu 'awraatil lakum; laisa 'alaikum wa laa 'alaihim junaahum ba'dahunn; tawwaafoona 'alaikum ba'dukum 'alaa ba'd; kazaalika yubaiyinul laahu lakumul aayaat wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

وَإِذَا بَلَغَ ٱلۡأَطۡفَـٰلُ مِنكُمُ ٱلۡحُلُمَ فَلۡیَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُوا۟ كَمَا ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنَ ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمࣱ

اورجب تمہارے لڑکے بلوغ کو پہنچ جائیں انہیں بھی اجازت لے کر آنا چاہیے جس طرح کہ ان سے پہلے لوگ اجازت لے کر آتے ہیں الله اس طرح تمہارے لیے کھول کر احکام بیان کرتا ہے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے

And when the children among you reach puberty, let them ask permission [at all times] as those before them have done. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Wa izaa balaghal atfaalu minkumul huluma fal yastaazinoo kamas taazanal lazeena min qablihim; kazaalika yubaiyinul laahu lakum Aayaatih; wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

وَٱلۡقَوَ ٰ⁠عِدُ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَاۤءِ ٱلَّـٰتِی لَا یَرۡجُونَ نِكَاحࣰا فَلَیۡسَ عَلَیۡهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن یَضَعۡنَ ثِیَابَهُنَّ غَیۡرَ مُتَبَرِّجَـٰتِۭ بِزِینَةࣲۖ وَأَن یَسۡتَعۡفِفۡنَ خَیۡرࣱ لَّهُنَّۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِیعٌ عَلِیمࣱ

اوروہ بڑی بوڑھی عورتیں جو نکاح کی رغبت نہیں رکھتیں ان پر اس بات میں کوئی گناہ نہیں کہ اپنے کپڑے اتار رکھیں بشرطیکہ زینت کا اظہار نہ کریں اور اس سے بھی بچیں توان کے لیے بہتر ہے اور الله سننے والا جاننے والا ہے

And women of post-menstrual age who have no desire for marriage - there is no blame upon them for putting aside their outer garments [but] not displaying adornment. But to modestly refrain [from that] is better for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

Walqawaa'idu minan nisaaa'il laatee laa yarjoona nikaahan falisa 'alaihinna junaahun ai yada'na siyaabahunna ghaira mutabar rijaatim bizeenah; wa ai yasta'fifna khairul lahunn; wallaahu Samee'un 'Aleem

لَّیۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ حَرَجࣱ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡرَجِ حَرَجࣱ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡمَرِیضِ حَرَجࣱ وَلَا عَلَىٰۤ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَن تَأۡكُلُوا۟ مِنۢ بُیُوتِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ ءَابَاۤىِٕكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ أُمَّهَـٰتِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ إِخۡوَ ٰ⁠نِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ أَخَوَ ٰ⁠تِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ أَعۡمَـٰمِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ عَمَّـٰتِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ أَخۡوَ ٰ⁠لِكُمۡ أَوۡ بُیُوتِ خَـٰلَـٰتِكُمۡ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكۡتُم مَّفَاتِحَهُۥۤ أَوۡ صَدِیقِكُمۡۚ لَیۡسَ عَلَیۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَأۡكُلُوا۟ جَمِیعًا أَوۡ أَشۡتَاتࣰاۚ فَإِذَا دَخَلۡتُم بُیُوتࣰا فَسَلِّمُوا۟ عَلَىٰۤ أَنفُسِكُمۡ تَحِیَّةࣰ مِّنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ مُبَـٰرَكَةࣰ طَیِّبَةࣰۚ كَذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ یُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡـَٔایَـٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

اندھے پر اور لنگڑ ے پر اور بیمار پر اور خود تم پر اس بات میں کوئی گناہ نہیں کہ تم اپنے گھروں سے کھانا کھاؤ یا اپنے باپ کے گھروں سے یا اپنی ماؤں کے گھروں سے یا اپنے بھائیوں کے گھروں سے یا اپنی بہنوں کے گھروں سے یا اپنے چچاؤں کے گھروں سے یا اپنی پھوپھیوں کے گھروں سے یا اپنے ماموؤں کے گھروں سے یا اپنی خالاؤں کےگھروں سے یا ان گھروں سے جنکی کنجیاں تمہارے اختیار میں ہیں یا اپنے دوستوں کے گھروں سے تم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں کہ مل کر کھاؤ یا الگ الگ کھاؤ پھر جب گھروں میں داخل ہونا چاہو تو اپنے لوگوں سے سلام کیا کرو جو الله کی طرف سے مبارک اور عمدہ دعا ہے اسی طرح الله تمہارے لیے احکام بیان فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم سمجھو

There is not upon the blind [any] constraint nor upon the lame constraint nor upon the ill constraint nor upon yourselves when you eat from your [own] houses or the houses of your fathers or the houses of your mothers or the houses of your brothers or the houses of your sisters or the houses of your father's brothers or the houses of your father's sisters or the houses of your mother's brothers or the houses of your mother's sisters or [from houses] whose keys you possess or [from the house] of your friend. There is no blame upon you whether you eat together or separately. But when you enter houses, give greetings of peace upon each other - a greeting from Allah, blessed and good. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses [of ordinance] that you may understand.

Laisa 'alal a'maa barajunw wa laa 'alal a'raji barajunw wa laa 'alal mareedi barajun wa laa 'alaa anfusikum an taakuloo mim buyootikum aw buyooti aabaaa'ikum aw buyooti ummahaatikum aw buyooti ikhwaanikum aw buyooti akhawaatikum aw buyooti a'maamikum aw buyooti 'ammaatikum aw buyooti akhwaalikum aw buyooti khaalaatikum aw maa malaktum mafaatihahooo aw sadeeqikum; laisa 'alaikum junaahun an taakuloo jamee'an aw ashtaata; fa izaa dakhaltum buyootan fasallimoo 'alaaa anfusikum tahiyyatam min 'indil laahi mubaarakatan taiyibah; kazaalika yubai yinul laahu lakumul Aayaati la'allakum ta'qiloon

إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَإِذَا كَانُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ عَلَىٰۤ أَمۡرࣲ جَامِعࣲ لَّمۡ یَذۡهَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ یَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُوهُۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ ٱلَّذِینَ یُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنُوكَ لِبَعۡضِ شَأۡنِهِمۡ فَأۡذَن لِّمَن شِئۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ

مومن تو وہی ہیں جو الله اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان لائے ہیں اور جب وہ اس کے ساتھ کسی جمع ہونے کے کام میں ہوتے ہیں تو چلے نہیں جاتے جب تک اس سے اجازت نہ لیں جو لوگ تجھ سے اجازت لیتے ہیں وہی ہیں جوالله اور اس کے رسول پرایمان لائے ہیں پھر جب تجھ سے اپنے کسی کام کے لیے اجازت مانگیں تو ان میں سے جسے تو چاہے عزت دے اور ان کے لیے الله سے بخشش کی دعا کر الله بخشنے والا نہایت رحم والا ہے

The believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Messenger and, when they are [meeting] with him for a matter of common interest, do not depart until they have asked his permission. Indeed, those who ask your permission, [O Muhammad] - those are the ones who believe in Allah and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission for something of their affairs, then give permission to whom you will among them and ask forgiveness for them of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Innamal mu'minoonal lazeena aamanoo billaahi wa Rasoolihee wa izaa kaanoo ma'ahoo 'alaaa amrin jaami'il lam yazhaboo hataa yastaazinooh; innal lazeena yastaa zinookana ulaaa'ikal lazeena yu'minoona billaahi wa Rasoolih; fa izas taazanooka liba'di shaanihim faazal liman shi'ta minhum wastaghfir lahumul laah; innal laaha Gahfoor Raheem

لَّا تَجۡعَلُوا۟ دُعَاۤءَ ٱلرَّسُولِ بَیۡنَكُمۡ كَدُعَاۤءِ بَعۡضِكُم بَعۡضࣰاۚ قَدۡ یَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِینَ یَتَسَلَّلُونَ مِنكُمۡ لِوَاذࣰاۚ فَلۡیَحۡذَرِ ٱلَّذِینَ یُخَالِفُونَ عَنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦۤ أَن تُصِیبَهُمۡ فِتۡنَةٌ أَوۡ یُصِیبَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِیمٌ

رسول کے بلانے کو آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے بلانے جیسا نہ سمجھو الله انہیں جانتا ہے جو تم میں سے چھپ کر کھسک جاتے ہیں سو جو لوگ الله کے حکم کی مخالفت کرتے ہیں انہیں اس سے ڈرنا چاہیئے کہ ان پر کوئی آفت آئے یا ان پر کوئی دردناک عذاب نازل ہوجائے

Do not make [your] calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the call of one of you to another. Already Allah knows those of you who slip away, concealed by others. So let those beware who dissent from the Prophet's order, lest fitnah strike them or a painful punishment.

La taj'aloo du'aaa'ar Rasooli bainakum kadu'aaa'i badikum ba'daa; qad ya'lamul laahul lazeena yatasallaloona minkum liwaazaa; fal yahzaril lazeena yukhaalifoona 'an amriheee an tuseebahum fitnatun aw yuseebahum 'azaabun aleem

أَلَاۤ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قَدۡ یَعۡلَمُ مَاۤ أَنتُمۡ عَلَیۡهِ وَیَوۡمَ یُرۡجَعُونَ إِلَیۡهِ فَیُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیمُۢ

خبردار الله ہی کا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے اسے معلوم ہے جس حال پر تم ہو اور جس دن اس کی طرف پھیر لائے جائیں گے تو انہیں بتائے گا جو کچھ وہ کرتے تھے اور الله ہر چیز کو جاننے والا ہے

Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth. Already He knows that upon which you [stand] and [knows] the Day when they will be returned to Him and He will inform them of what they have done. And Allah is Knowing of all things.

Alaaa inna lillaahi maa fis samaawaati wal ardi qad ya'lamu maaa antum 'alaihi wa Yawma yurja'oona ilaihi fa yunaabi 'uhum bimaa 'amiloo; wallaahu bikulli shai'in 'Aleem
